I had my wedding one month ago at hidden hollow and all the staff at hidden did such an amazing job!! Everything was so beautiful and I felt like a princess!! They took care of all the planing, decorating, clean up etc and answered all of my questions!! :) they had a few locations for the ceremony to take place and I chose to go with The Meadow and It was beautifully decorated. The ballroom where the reception was held was so beautiful as well 🥰🥰Everyone that attended the wedding commented on how beautiful everything turned out! I would definitely recommend this venue!!!

I cannot stress how highly I recommend this venue! When we were first researching venues, we thought this was a little pricey - but almost EVERYTHING you need is included, and it is by far worth the price. Heather's florals were amazing, even though I initially had difficulty articulating what I wanted. She's a mind reader! And Melissa was the perfect day-of coordinator. She had everything handled, kept everybody calm, and even waited for me halfway down the walk to the ceremony to help me change my shoes! Such a little thing, but it went totally above and beyond. The whole day went perfectly and I am so grateful to the Hidden Hollow staff for eliminating 95% of my wedding-related stress! Honestly I can't wait to attend someone else's wedding here, because everything is so beautiful and the views are spectacular!

Words can't describe how amazing this venue is. We got married May 11, 2019. Everything went so smooth. I was constantly being updated on what was happening and included in every decision. Since the venue is all-inclusive I waited for an email from Melissa to tell me what the next step in the process was and who I was to meet with next. I showed Heather pictures on my Pinterest page of what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hidden Hollow, beautiful venue, nice staff, and easy to work with. The guests from our wedding cannot stop talking about how beautiful and wonderful everything was.

We had our wedding at Hidden Hollow's October 2018, and we are SOO glad we found them. Everything was such a breeze and they were wonderful to work with. I had bought Crystal Candleabras for our wedding and probably +/- 300 pumpkins for the ceremony and reception. When we met with Heather and Melissa they really understood the theme we were going for and how to make everything work together. We had SOOOOO many flowers for such a reasonable price! I could not believe it the ceremony arbor was beautiful i wish i could have taken it home! Overall, other than the flowers the coordination was amazing and even though we were running behind everything still ran smoothly. Thank you guys for everything and i hope we get to work with you guys again!

I arranged for my daughters wedding to take place at Hidden Hollows, I did so because they offered an all inclusive or full service venue which meant less stress for myself and the bride, this was a HUGE plus. Once we booked Hidden Hollows we only had a dress and photographer to worry about, literally EVERYTHING else was handled. Not only was everything handled but it was done at what we found to be reasonable pricing. Time is invaluable and what we saved by not having to call numerous vendors (Caterer, DJ, Security, Bakery etc) was well worth every single penny. We booked a year in advance and had plenty of time to ask questions and work out details. My daughter gave Heather the “vision” for her wedding (bling, bling, and more bling) and Heather took that vision and turned the venue into the most grand place we’d ever seen. Our guest list was right at 200 and we’ve personally heard from a majority of them to let us know either how beautiful the venue was or how delicious the food was. Yes it’s a short drive, but GPS gets you there no problem, UBER & LYFT were both available for guests who preferred not to drive and hotels were only 15 minutes away.
I highly recommend Heather, Melissa, and her entire staff to any bride/groom and especially to those who prefer to enjoy their engagements without the hassle of wedding planning!!

I got married at Hidden Holow a few weeks ago. It was the most beautiful fun time. All the planing was made very simple and easy, all I had to do was show Heather some photos of what I wanted and my wedding was born. Everything turned out so gorgeous. The bridal suite was roomy and accommodating for all my bridesmaids. We got some great photos and it was easy getting ready. There was lots of space to spread out and relax and do our make up and hair all at the same time. The grooms quarters was great for playing pool for the boys they all had a great time. I couldn’t be more happy with the way the venue looked especially in the photos they’re beautiful. All in all we had an amazing time and everyone said it was one of the best weddings I’ve ever been to. The food was amazing, It was so hard to choose at the tasting. The Dj was really nice and played everything we wanted to hear. The photo booth and games were a hit with the kids! Thank you so much Dave, Heather, Melissa, and the whole crew!

My daughter married the love of her life at Hidden Hollow this weekend. It was truly magical - like a fairytale wedding. I have never been to such a beautiful wedding. I am Mother-of-the-Bride and wanted everything perfect. Heather and Melissa took all of our Pinterest ideas and made them BETTER!!! True talent and dedication to their clients. We only had 4 months to plan the wedding and I knew we needed an all inclusive venue. Heather and Dave have done the hard work of selecting only the best for all the wedding needs. Their facility is of the highest quality and very clean. They have chosen upgraded chairs, fancy chandeliers, drapery, every detail is high quality- not cheep or cheesy. Food, cake , flowers, decor, service were all amazing. They are organized and have all staff wired for total venue communication and security. I felt completely at ease with no worries about the running of the wedding schedule. Melissa, Dave, and all the crew worked to keep things on target and running smoothly. I enjoyed the whole celebration without a worry. Thank you for making a dream come true wedding!

Had my wedding at Hidden Hollow on September 17, and I cannot stress enough how much I think this venue is worth it. I had a few issues with people not RSVPing and still showing up, but Heaher, Melissa and the rest of the team made everything possible to make sure I never felt stressed during my wedding and did everything possible to make it all work out. I did the full package with them so they took care of it all from the venue, to the cake, flowers and DJ. Everything looked beautiful, Heather is amazing with flowers! I loved all my centerpieces and decorations. Over all this place gets a 10 in my book and in my heart for making my day so very special.

I got married at Hidden Hollow on September 10th. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly I never felt like i was stepping on anyones toes. I changed a lot during planning my wedding and Heather was so kind and made it all work. She went above and beyond for my big day and made sure everything was to my liking. The food was delicious! Classic catering crew was on point and the bartenders were great! I was very impressed and very happy with how everything played out. You won't go wrong booking them for any kind of party!

Had my sons wedding there a few weeks back. It's was beautiful during the day and amazing during the night. We fell in love with the venue from the beginning. Heather was always flexible with us. She did an amazing job with the decorations and flowers. David did an amazing job making sure it all run smoothly. All the workers did an amazing job. The cake was delicious, the bartender did amazing drinks and had really good service. Everyone loved the venue. The only thing I can complain about would be on the food. Many of the guest had 1-2 bite of tri-tip on their plates. But other than that I do really recommend hidden hollow for your event.

We got married at Hidden Hollow in May of 2017 and it was the best choice we made for our wedding! They were absolutely amazing. The venue is beautiful and just what we were looking for. Heather, Dave and Sergey did an awesome job setting up and making sure everything was perfect. They also helped in the planning process which made things so much easier. I had an idea for centerpieces and with Heather’s help we pulled it off, they were perfect and people still tell me how gorgeous they were! We got so many compliments on how perfect everything was and couldn’t have asked for anything better. They work so well with the vendors to make sure everything goes according to plan. I highly recommend this venue, it is perfect in every way!

I had my wedding here this year & it was absolutely beautiful! The staff is very helpful and makes the day run very smoothly!!

My husband and I were very happy with this vendor. The location is beautiful and we loved that there were separate rooms for the bridal party and groomsmen, however, the rooms are pretty small if you have a bigger bridal party like we did (there were 9 men and 11 women). There weren't enough chairs to get ready on or hooks to hang up all of our dresses. The lighting could use some brightening when it comes to applying make up. Our make up artists kept taking us outside to make sure she was applying the right shades. There's a restroom in the bridal suite but not in the groom's suite. The owner is a huge Disney fan like my husband and me so you'll see some subtle Disney touches there. If you're a Disney fan, this place is right up your alley! We gave it a 4.6 because even though it's beautiful out there the owner didn't light all of the hanging lanterns that were supposed to be lit on all of the trees. That really bothered me. I was looking forward to that! It's not my responsibility to remind the owner to do it. I was also very upset when I found out that our dog (our cute ring bearer) was left outside. She was inside her kennel as agreed with the owners and for some reason she was left in her kennel but taken outside! She spilled her water and got wet so our poor dog was shivering in the cold night! I don't know why she was taken out of the room and not even TOLD! That really did upset us. That was not professional or courteous.

Heather did an amazing job on my floral work. The day of the wedding, after set up, she was no where to be found, but my dj helped handle everything thankfully. The venue really speaks for itself and is AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS! Loved the bridal suite and grooms suite. I would definitely recommend this venue to other couples!

My daughter had her wedding at Hidden Hollow and it was beautiful! The Bridal sweet is lovely, but small. It was perfect for her because she had three bridesmaids, it would have been tight if the party was any bigger. Heather and Peter were great to work with and had everything set up beautifully, when the ceremony was set to begin, even with the torrential rain, 24 hours earlier! You can't beat the views from this property, it really is a stunning location. My problem with the event was with the caterer, Bulldog catering. Their food was nothing compared to the night of the tasting, my entire plate of food, chicken, potatoes, and green beans, was cold. The tri-tip was a block of dry meat, and the salad was not fresh. The servers never finished serving a table without moving on to the next, and people kept flagging them down to be served! Bulldog Catering needs to step up their game or Heather should contract with another catering service.

My son just got married there. It was beautiful and very nice. My only complaint was the bar ran out of the grooms favorire beverage before he even got one. The beer we did get was hot. We had open bar for cotail hour with the option to extend it if we wanted. The just started charging without telling us. $5.00 for beer $10 for mixed drink ridiculous!!!

I immediately fell in love with this venue and ultimately chose it for my recent wedding this past August. One of the reasons I chose it was the all inclusiveness of the venue. Heather also stated she worked as the wedding coordinator/planner. I was extremely disappointed with the service we received on our wedding day. Heather was no where to be seen. Her assistant, helped at beginning of ceremony, and start of reception, but that was it! When we arrived at 10AM as previously planned with Heather, we were met with "I thought you werent coming until 12?" No one checked in on my husband and his groomsmen. The guys were clueless about boutonnière's and pinned them to the wrong side. I would expect at the very least, since Heather is a professional at this, someone could've checked in on them or noticed before doing photos. I paid for an extra boutonnière for my officiant, and he never got it. They were wilted, large roses that did not hold well. After the ceremony we were rushed through family photos as we were "running behind." I was told that the Catering staff was complaining about how long we were taking. They plated our salads outside (it was 101 degrees that day). I had specifically told the caterer that I did not want blue cheese crumbles on the salad and that my son had severe nut allergy, and so there wasn't supposed to be any on salads or green beans. But, salad had both blue cheese and nuts. I had read reviews where brides stated "the reception set up took their breath away, or they cried when they walked in to reception." I could not say that for my experience. Overall, with the amount of money I spent for this venue, it was a huge disappointment. Thankfully, it's a beautiful venue in its natural state. If you choose this venue for your special day, my advice is to hire your own wedding planner. You will definitely want someone there who will make sure everything is getting done the way you want! It's your special day and everything should be PERFECT!!

I had my wedding at Hidden Hollow last November. The venue site is beautiful, such an amazing landscape. We got many complements on the scenery. And the reception hall being separate from he ceremony site(s) but still on the premises was great. These are the reasons we picked this venue in the first place and it did not disappoint.
One of the other reasons we picked this venue was because of the all inclusiveness of the wedding package. We liked that included in the package was a wedding day coordinator. However come the day of the wedding, Heather pretty much did no coordinating. I was busy getting ready the day of the wedding obviously, therefore, didn't have time to assist too much with set up and all that. I had discussed with Heather prior to this were I wanted everything and everything hat needed to be done. My husband and bridesmaids ended up doing a lot of the set up and coordinating, and things still did not run as smoothly as we hoped. We chose to have Heather do our floral as well which was a mistake. That may have been one of the reasons she was so preoccupied and was little to no help before and during the wedding. She was also very unprofessional during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, arguing with my bridesmaids when confronted with issues we were having. We also got locked out of the bridal suit after the ceremony even though we were supposed to have access until midnight.
This venue was one of the more expensive ones we looked at… If we would've known how little help and support we'd receive from the owner/coordinator we would have picked a different venue.
My advice: if you absolutely are set on picking this venue, hire your own wedding planner and day coordinator and pick someone else to do your floral.
