We hosted our wedding at Wolf Lakes Park and it was fantastic. During our planning process we must have toured over 50 venues. Of all those we chose Wolf Lakes Park -- and it didn't disappoint. The setting, the details, the food, the professionalism, the value -- all were there in spades. The day-of coordinator Rebecca and her team were extremely helpful, arranging our ceremony and coordinating the schedule and vendors. The food was delicious, with thoughtful accommodations for our gluten-free and vegetarian guests (some of our guests said this was the best pasta they'd had). Their list of vendors helped us greatly in the planning process. And on the day there were plenty of staff, including security and servers, to make sure everything went smoothly. The extras -- like the complementary boat rides, were a great add-on for our guests. There were no troubles accommodating the few things we decided to add: a photo booth, some lawn games. The venue itself looked spectacular, with the flowers in full bloom. The open house in April was extremely helpful in making our decisions on food and linens, and all throughout the planning process Janice and her team were responsive and helpful. After having seen many different venues, with varied offerings, we thought the value was hard to beat. We really couldn't have asked for more in a venue, and we would highly recommend it to anyone planning an event in future.

The most amazing experience and venue!!! It is really hard to put into words how in love my husband and I were with our wedding at The Lodge at Two Moons. We had the most incredible experience from our first planning call all the way through the wedding day. Shiloh and her team made the wedding planning so much fun and a seamless experience. It was all a blast, but of course the day of took the cake! We had the amazing opportunity to have the venue for our wedding for the full weekend, so our family and friends were able to enjoy the property all weekend. We held our rehearsal dinner and day of activities all on site. The onsite team was amazing, as well, and truly are the nicest and most thoughtful crew :) The property itself is just gorgeous and made the most amazing setting for our wedding. But, besides just the venue itself it really was The Lodge at Two Moons team that really made our wedding a dream. It was amazing to see the vision I had in my mind truly come to life and look exactly as I had imagined. Shiloh and her team made this happen and with the most professional, caring, communicative, and fun approach. It is really hard to truly explain how much we appreciate them and so happy that the whole team was a part of our day. This place is a dream and we cannot wait to plan other trips up for special celebrations. Thank you to everyone who made our day perfect!

I had my wedding one month ago at hidden hollow and all the staff at hidden did such an amazing job!! Everything was so beautiful and I felt like a princess!! They took care of all the planing, decorating, clean up etc and answered all of my questions!! :) they had a few locations for the ceremony to take place and I chose to go with The Meadow and It was beautifully decorated. The ballroom where the reception was held was so beautiful as well 🥰🥰Everyone that attended the wedding commented on how beautiful everything turned out! I would definitely recommend this venue!!!

Kathy's professionism and communication was excellent. We had a very large wedding (350+) and she handled everything with grace and ease. She took care of every detail, and the day was perfect. Of all my ventors, she was by far the best to work with. I would highly recommend Victorian Gardens of Two Sisters to anyone!

We got married at Park Place just a few weekends ago and we had an overall positive experience with this venue. We booked them a year in advance, which allowed us plenty of time to plan our perfect day. One of the main reasons we chose Park Place was because the venue was all-inclusive and we knew another couple who got married there. MaryAnn and Wayne are the owners and they take great pride in Park Place. They assigned us a wonderful wedding coordinator, Melissa, who we will brag about in just a second. Also included were tables, chairs, linens, all the tablewares, caterer and servers, open bar, and set-up & cleaning crew. We had booked for 100 guests and it was $122/person (children under 3 years old are not included in the guest count, and some vendors may be counted as part of your guest count so make sure you check with them if they need to be fed). The price per guest changes as your guest count goes up. The minimum guest count is 100. They also require a deposit, which is non-refundable. I believe we had 2 meetings with them before the wedding date. One of the meetings was to pick out colors and table linens. The other was the 2-week meeting to finalize linens, make final payments and map out the ceremony and reception. We were able to have our wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding, and we were happy to see that the tables were already set up that day. The venue: The place itself is beautiful. It’s tucked between an almond farm. It’s a bit of a drive to get to (we are from Bakersfield). No uber or ride sharing services are available in the area due to the location. There’s plenty of on-site parking for guests, and if you party too hard that night, they will let you park your vehicle overnight to be picked up the next morning. We got married on November 5, so there trees were not in bloom, but there were still plenty of greenery throughout the venue. Our ceremony was held in front of the gazebo and our reception was in a large reception hall. The doors can be opened or closed depending on the season. MaryAnn just recently added a beautiful chandelier to the reception hall, which was a nice added bonus b/c it went perfectly with our wedding decor. We had a bridal cabin that was made available to me 4 hours before the ceremony (ceremony started at 4 pm) and the cabin was cute but had enough space for myself, 3 bridesmaids, and our makeup and hair stylist. The cabin has its own bathroom, a fridge, an ac/heater, and other amenities. The fridge was helpful because we needed food to power us through the afternoon until dinnertime, but I was sad to hear that someone had turned the fridge off at some point during the event because when we packed up for the night, our sandwiches and deli meat had all gone bad :( The groom has a small changing area, but we’ve been told it’s getting a makeover soon. They allow 2 hours for decorating the day of the wedding, from 8-10 am so make sure you have a plan and a team that day to do that. They will set up and dress the tables in the reception hall. Normally they also set up the ceremony chairs but since we chose to do a cathedral style seating arrangement, my husband and his groomsmen had to figure out how to set that up. Melissa: She’s wonderful! We can’t brag about her enough. She was assigned to us several months after we booked the venue, so a lot of the wedding planning we had to do ourselves. However, once we got Melissa on our party planning committee, everything just went smoothly. She’s a pleasure to work with and she is beyond helpful. She makes herself available as much as possible and we were able to text and call her if we had any questions. She goes above and beyond, and it one instance, she even offered her truck when we were talking about bringing our own easels to the venue. Once in a while, she’d text or call us just to check in on us and to see if there’s anything she can help with. She helped us a lot with our wedding rehearsal—getting everyone lined up, giving everyone instructions, and timing the music we had picked out. The day of the wedding, she took good care of us making sure to check on us at our cabin and also running around the venue making sure everything is in place. She also made sure we were eating and even personally brought us our appetizers and meals. If you have the opportunity to book this venue, we highly recommend her as a coordinator. We’ve read other people’s reviews and understand that people will have different experiences with this venue. Our review is based solely on our personal experience with the hopes of giving future brides & grooms as much information about this venue as possible.

Emily along with the rest of the Evergreen Island staff were absolutely amazing. They took away so many stresses and anxieties we had for our big day. Emily and I worked so well together as she is also a very detailed person. She was able to put everything together the day of with her crew just purely going based off of my notes and similar pictures. The food was delicious and everyone had a great time. They really took the time to work with us and make sure we were happy with everything. It truly is a hidden gem in Tulare, Ca. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, yet beautiful smaller venue.

Our wedding at Sequoia/Kings Canyon was perfect! All of our guests enjoyed the reception at Wuksachi. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious.

This place has got to be the best hidden gem in Bakersfield! I had so many compliments on the venue. The whole area is so green and made all of my photos look amazing. Also, it is small enough, yet big enough for everything you could want. There were also so many cute places to take photos. No matter where you were in the venue, you could have an amazing photo. The pricing was very reasonable and you get a lot of things included in the price. Honesty couldn't have asked for a better venue. The staff was so easy to work with and very professional.

My fiancé and I wanted a simple ceremony and had planned to get married at the courthouse. On a whim, we searched “weddings in Kernville” and found Rivernook Campground weddings. I reached out to Brooke who responded immediately and she was able to accommodate our request for a riverside ceremony with an officiant (and with a very short notice!). The ceremony location was right next to the river and was absolutely beautiful! Josh was an amazing officiant who looked great and spoke well. He delivered a very special ceremony that turned out way better than we could’ve imagined! It was such a special day and everyone at Rivernook Campground Weddings really cared to make it the best experience. I would highly recommend getting married at Rivernook Campground!

Everything that can go wrong with our wedding, happened except for the food and service Fugazzis provided. Silvia, Gabriel and Mike were awesome. They knew the obstacles we were faced and they went out of their way to correct what one vendor failed to do for us. Silvia was the best. She reminded me to smile because she knew I was disappointed and Mike made sure to get us what we needed to make the day perfect. If that's not excellent service, I don't know what is. The food was excellent and the service they provided was beyond excellent. Our guests loved the food and the attentiveness of all the staff. If you're looking for a beautiful garden wedding and want exceptional food and service, this is the venue for you. My husband and I were so glad we chose this venue for our special day.
