Great people, very professional. We had to rent everything since it was a back yard wedding. They provided everything and even worked with me on the cost. You can change your order up to the day before which is amazing. USE THEM, they wont disappoint!

Beautiful, Great Quality Of Service, And Friendly Staff!

We used Panache for our kneeler rental. Because we were on a budget, we decided to pick it up the day before the wedding instead of incurring the delivery fee. Well, no one informed us that their offices close at 3pm on Saturdays and of course they were going to be closed on Sunday (our wedding day). We were one hour away at 2:50 pm and this close to not having a kneeler! Fortunately, they redeemed themselves by having somebody wait for us at their warehouse so we were able to pick up. The kneeler itself was impeccable and their service otherwise was great.

I rented only table linens and napkins from Panache, but did so because they have an amazing selection. The ones I chose were stunning. The prices were pretty decent too, although for the basics, there are other places that are cheaper. Although the product is great, the staff is not. In all fairness, some were much better than others. But that's part of the problem - I was rarely able to talk to the same person twice. My order was never correct because there was no communication on their end. I was constantly having to call and correct things I had already corrected. I was given different answers to the same questions, depending on who I talked to. And the front desk girl when I went to pick up the linens was beyond rude. If I were to do it all again, and could find the same linens elsewhere, I would go elsewhere, even if it meant paying more money.
