Not just limited to the website, some of the designs, such as bridal shower invitations, thank you notes, menus and programs can be found on my Amazon shop. Not all of them are listed there, however, since proofing is not possible via that platform. Quick print items are listed there for those items that are needed within a couple of days. However, just like in my Amazon store, most items on my website ship to clients the next business day after proofing is complete. Please see below for details.

General pricing for thank you notes including envelopes are $1 each and ship to you in 1-3 business days - typically the next business day depending on the quantity.

The minimalist wedding invitation collection including an invitation, details card with or without a wedding website or QR code, and envelope on matte or shimmer white or ivory cardstock and die-cut into your selected shape start at $2.00 per set (the invitation only with an envelope start at $1.50 each; the invitation with an envelope, details card and a response card with an envelope start at $3.00 per set), are printed and shipped 1 business day after proof approval. The order is typically delivered to you one week or less after order placement.

Simple wedding invitations with a vellum jacket, response card, envelopes and wax seal start at $3 per set and ship to you in under 2 weeks.

Most save the date cards, shower invitations and day of wedding stationery are priced between $1 and $4 each depending on style and ship in 1-3 business days - typically the next business day depending on the quantity.

Glitter, foil, and layered or pocketfold custom invitations range in pricing and shipping dates due to the supplies that need to be ordered to complete the assembly. All orders are assembled as soon as the supplies are received in the studio. Supplies shipments are typically shipped from vendors via FedEx or UPS and are delivered in the late afternoon. You will receive a notification when all items are received, and assembly of your invitation order will begin the following business day. Shipment for the completed order to you can range from 4-6 weeks.

Shipping - please read - the invoicing for your custom invitation order contains the cost of your invitations only. There are three invoices for custom invitation orders. The deposit invoice (which covers your proofing), the processing invoice (which covers the balance of your order - paid after the approval of the proof to enable processing and assembly), and the shipping invoice. Shipping IS NOT included, and shipping IS NOT free.

The custom minimalist invitation orders can ship via USPS Priority Mail and will require a signature at delivery. Depending on the number of invitations needed, the order may ship in one or two USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes. The minimalist invitation designs in typical cases arrive to you 7 days post order - if all invoices are paid on time. A typical order schedule - provided you do not add any extra cards, envelopes or pocketfolds is as follows: Day 1 - order is received; Day 2 - the proof is sent and if approved proceeds to processing; Days - 3-4 the invitation order is printed and packaged with the shipping invoice sent; Day 5 - the order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail; Days 6-7 - the order is in transit and is received by client with a signature required at delivery.

The custom glitter and foil invitation orders (especially glitter), in many cases, require shipment in more than one box. Due to the expense of these orders, FEDEx two-day delivery is the default shipping service for these custom orders and the current FEDEx shipping rates (found on the FEDEx website) are used to calculate the shipping fee. In some cases, it could be $30 per box in shipping. For example, 100 custom foil invitations and response cards with envelopes may fit into one box, depending on what else clients have also added into their order. Your shipping total would be $30, and that cost would be your final invoice. On the other hand, 100 glitter invitations ship in two boxes (50 invitations, response cards and envelopes per box). That is an additional $60 in shipping that needs to be paid to purchase your shipping labels which is not included with or covered in either your invitation deposit invoice or your invitation processing invoice.

In that regard, shipping costs MUST be paid before the order can ship out. You will be sent a final invoice for shipping after your order is processed and boxed. Your order WILL NOT ship until you have paid the final invoice for shipping including the indication of the address for signature delivery. Unlike a notecard order, it is not possible to charge shipping with your order, as it may result in clients being overcharged or undercharged for shipping costs. In addition, FEDEx will be required for shipping of foil or glitter invitations with a signature at delivery to ensure that tracking is valid and that the order gets to the address that clients have requested. The final invoice is sent via email and will include a photo showing the delivery address as well as the FEDEx pricing for the order.

The final invoice will send automatically to clients for seven business days. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the order is automatically refunded (as all is done via credit card invoice) and the order is sold to other clients as samples. The shipping policy is not difficult and has seemingly worked well for the numerous clients that have been served and have abided by it. It does not matter the total cost of an order, the shipping invoice MUST be paid for an order to ship. As a small business, fear of a negative review by those few that simply want to avoid paying for their shipping or think that shipping should be free because of the cost of the order (there have been some.....) IS NOT enough to change the policy, as the policy exists for the protection of all. Thank you for your understanding.

Stunning Invitations!

We received our wedding invitations yesterday and we were amazed at how they came out! We absolutely love them! La Toya could not have been more helpful or patient as we worked through multiple rounds of changes and revisions. We had planned to have them in the mail by now but fell a little behind in planning. She helped us with a rush order and made suggestions in changing our design so that everything could get to us when I wanted. I am so thankful for that! We are so happy with how everything came out and we can't wait to get them in the mail to our guests. We love our wedding invitations!

We LOVE our invitations! The process was extremely easy and the quality of the invitations is simply amazing. They are beautifully done and we can't wait to get them in the mail! Toya answered every question we had very quickly and even caught a mistake I originally said was approved. Shipping was quick, less than two weeks and much faster than she said it would be. Amazing Invitations!

I received a recommendation from a friend that used La Toya for their wedding a few years ago and I’m so glad I went with her! The quality of our invitations was amazing! I’m a bit picky and can be difficult to work with, but La Toya was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with everything before she finalized our invitation order.
