Although I did not find my dress here, I had a great experience and would recommend visiting. Kirsten was SO sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made me feel incredibly comfortable. It’s a small store, so the selection did not end up having what I was looking for, but they had beautiful, high quality gowns and the personalized service was impeccable.

Kirsten was perfectly welcoming and understanding of the dress finding process. When I found the dress at another bridal shop, I felt pushed and pressured to make my purchase right away. I had wanted to make sure of my choice and not just go with the dress I found at my first store. Plus I wanted to try on more than like 6 dresses to make sure that was truly The Dress. I booked an appointment with Palm Bridal. They didn't have a dress like the one at the other store, but she took the pictures of The Dress and found some suggestions of what she had in the store to suggest. It was absolutely The Dress. I felt like I was so beautiful and it was definitely The Dress. I bought The Dress that day from Palm Bridal. I had to wait about 5 months for it to be made since I was changing a few details from the dress I tried on in the store. Kirsten helped me with those changes since I liked this dress, but I did not like certain aspects of it. She was so knowledgeable of the possibilities. When the dress came in in May... just wow. It was exactly what I was hoping for in a wedding dress and all the changes came out so much better than I could see with our discussion/planning. I am so glad I chose Palm Bridal for not only the knowledge provided by Kirsten and comfortable setting, but also supporting a local bridal shop. The prices were also extremely reasonable considering I was expecting the cost to be $$$-$$$$ (it's right next to 5th Ave S) and it was only $$-$$$. There were so many dresses in my price point. I would highly recommend that everyone look for their dress at Palm Bridal!

Palm bridal is such an amazing wedding shop! I had a great time at my first appointment. Kersten made sure to pick out dresses according to my survey, as well as she let myself and family pick dresses. She made the process so easy and helped me find the perfect dress and veil. There were so many styles and brands to choose from- I personally picked a justin Alexander gown. I loved working with her and the shop is adorable and welcoming! I also went there with my sister in law for her dress and had a great experience as a guest. The dresses are affordable and beautiful. I also loved how she kept in contact about when my dress would be ready, as well as where to get it tailored.

I did not end up buying my dress here but the shopping experience was the absolute best at Palm Bridal in Naples. Only one bride is in the store at a time so you can relax and take time to truly shop around and decide what you like best. The price range of dresses is great as well.

Kersten is the best! She made the whole process of trying on wedding dresses and picking the right one painless. She gave us her undivided attention, made me feel heard and comfortable, and was extremely patient. Her shop is also super cute. Highly recommend! 10/10

Kersten was an absolute GEM. She was so much fun to work with, and made wedding dress shopping a stress-free experience. She welcomed my mom and I into her shop on multiple occasions, last-minute, or even opening up early one day just to ensure we found my dream dress. Palm Bridal has a beautiful selection of ANY style you could possibly think. I mentioned I wanted a "classic" look, and upon walking in, Kersten had pulled about 15 gowns that fit my style exactly! Before even meeting me! I can't say enough incredible things about my experience with Palm Bridal and have told so many friends already to go ASAP!!! They bring you in like your family, and it's the cutest shopping environment around - there's nowhere else like it :)

Kirsten was an absolute dream to work with! My mother and I had the best time finding my wedding dress and then the communication was excellent while we waited for it to be made. Veronica next door was also amazing at making my necessary alterations. I would absolutely recommend Palm Bridal to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Palm Bridal. Kersten is AMAZING and I'm so glad I got to work with her during my dress shopping experience. She is so sweet and personable and the shop overall is so cute! I was booking my appointment during the beginning of the COVID shutdown, so Kersten was super accommodating and set up a zoom appointment for me. When the store opened back up and I was able to come in, she had all the dresses we had gone through ready to go in the dressing room for me! It made for such an easy and exciting day and I said yes to one of the dresses she had selected for me - it was absolutely perfect! It arrived in a couple months and my experience to pick it up was just as great. I purchased a veil and hair piece from her as well and she recommended a seamstress. I found my isle style at Palm Bridal!

I saw my dream wedding dress—a Morilee—on Pinterest and called eight bridal shops all over the state of Florida before I found one (200 miles away) that carried it.

Palm Bridal is not that shop. Palm Bridal is the shop I went to with my mother so we could get the “try on gowns” experience before I drove across the state to pick up the dress I really wanted.

Kersten was attentive to my needs and style (I wanted no lace and no train), and she helped me choose five or six dresses to try on.

At the end of our session, she looked at me thoughtfully and recommended a final dress: an Enzoani. It didn’t fit any of my specifications—it had the longest, laciest train of any dress I’d seen in her shop—but when I put it on, I INSTANTLY fell in love.

Kersten knew what I wanted better than I myself did. I bought the Enzoani at Palm Bridal that morning and canceled my appointment for the other “dream dress.”

When my gown arrived a few weeks later, it didn’t fit quite right. Kersten went out of her way to find me a new one—she dug through her storage area until she found the exact same Enzoani in a larger size, and she let me exchange the two at no cost.

I had my heart set on off-the-shoulder sleeves, which my Enzoani didn’t have. Kersten had so many ideas about how to add the sleeves, and she even ordered me extra fabric and buttons so our alterations team could create the look. (I had enough extra fabric left over to sew a matching mask from it when the pandemic hit, too!)

Palm Bridal is a gorgeous location with a wide selection and the sweetest owner in the world. I am so beyond thankful for everything Kersten did for me. If you want a shop to go out of its way to make your experience special, this is the place.

Palm bridal made my wedding dress shopping experience fun and easy! I booked an appointment with the shop in June 2019 - once I arrived with my parents, we looked around but the ladies had already pulled several options for me based on my preferences. Trying on the dresses was fun and they helped accessorize each one to help me get a better idea of what I would look like on my big day. The third dress I tried on ended up being my dress - I knew it as soon as I looked in the mirror and I bought it about 2 weeks after my appointment. They also provided suggestions for a seamstress to help with the tailoring.

My family doesn’t live close by so I went to say ‘Yes to the dress’ alone - but Kersten and her mom Joann had a little champagne toast with me to help me celebrate.

Thank you for helping me feel so special throughout the process - I looked exactly how I wanted on my big day and my groom loved the dress, too!
