Kirsten was perfectly welcoming and understanding of the dress finding process. When I found the dress at another bridal shop, I felt pushed and pressured to make my purchase right away. I had wanted to make sure of my choice and not just go with the dress I found at my first store. Plus I wanted to try on more than like 6 dresses to make sure that was truly The Dress. Palm bridal is such an amazing wedding shop! I had a great time at my first appointment. Kersten made sure to pick out dresses according to my survey, as well as she let myself and family pick dresses. She made the process so easy and helped me find the perfect dress and veil. There were so many styles and brands to choose from- I personally picked a justin Alexander gown. I loved working with her and the shop is adorable and welcoming! I also went there with my sister in law for her dress and had a great experience as a guest. The dresses are affordable and beautiful. I also loved how she kept in contact about when my dress would be ready, as well as where to get it tailored. -

I did not end up buying my dress here but the shopping experience was the absolute best at Palm Bridal in Naples. Only one bride is in the store at a time so you can relax and take time to truly shop around and decide what you like best. The price range of dresses is great as well. -

Kersten was an absolute GEM. She was so much fun to work with, and made wedding dress shopping a stress-free experience. She welcomed my mom and I into her shop on multiple occasions, last-minute, or even opening up early one day just to ensure we found my dream dress. Palm Bridal has a beautiful selection of ANY style you could possibly think. I mentioned I wanted a "classic" look, and upon walking in, Kersten had pulled about 15 gowns that fit my style exactly! Before even meeting me! I can't say enough incredible things about my experience with Palm Bridal and have told so many friends already to go ASAP!!! They bring you in like your family, and it's the cutest shopping environment around - there's nowhere else like it :) -

Kirsten was an absolute dream to work with! My mother and I had the best time finding my wedding dress and then the communication was excellent while we waited for it to be made. Veronica next door was also amazing at making my necessary alterations. I would absolutely recommend Palm Bridal to anyone! -

I cannot say enough good things about Palm Bridal. Kersten is AMAZING and I'm so glad I got to work with her during my dress shopping experience. She is so sweet and personable and the shop overall is so cute! I was booking my appointment during the beginning of the COVID shutdown, so Kersten was super accommodating and set up a zoom appointment for me. When the store opened back up and I was able to come in, she had all the dresses we had gone through ready to go in the dressing room for me! It made for such an easy and exciting day and I said yes to one of the dresses she had selected for me... -

Palm bridal made my wedding dress shopping experience fun and easy! I booked an appointment with the shop in June 2019 - once I arrived with my parents, we looked around but the ladies had already pulled several options for me based on my preferences. Trying on the dresses was fun and they helped accessorize each one to help me get a better idea of what I would look like on my big day. The third dress I tried on ended up being my dress - I knew it as soon as I looked in the mirror and I bought it about 2 weeks after my appointment. They also provided suggestions for a seamstress to help with the tailoring.

This was the most amazing customer service I have ever received! I am Canadian and spend my winters in Fla so decided to look for a Mother of the Bride dress in that area where I winter. The moment I walked in the door of Palm Bridal I felt comfortable and was not pushed to purchase anything. I found a dress I loved so Kersten ordered it for me. I had to return home early due to Covid and she did not hesitate and said she would send it to my Canadian home when it arrived. Kersten (the owner of Palm Bridal) is by far one of the MOST AMAZING PEOPLE in this world. She was a blessing and did EVERYTHING in her power and more to make sure I was happy with my dress. I was a very difficult bride and had a specific ideal dress in mind and she made it happen. Kersten and her mom were also very welcoming and easy going to my family and Bridesmaids that came with me to shop for wedding dresses. I can go on and on about how incredible my experience was with Kersten and Palm Bridal. I highly recommend Palm Bridal to all Brides.

Palm Bridal is hands down the best in SWFL! I went to several salons and tried on countless dresses but nothing compares to the personalized experience at Palm. I returned to Palm three times (picky and indecisive) and each time Kersten was so accommodating and patient with me. If you want a personable, one of a kind, stress-free experience, you have to go visit Kersten at Palm Bridal! From the day I found my dress at her store, she has been incredible! So incredible that we decided to go through her and order some absolutely STUNNING bridesmaid dresses through her. Not only was she a rockstar and always remembered every little detail, she was effective communicating with me and the bridesmaids when our dresses would arrive. When they did, we all could genuinely hear the excitement in her voice when she personally called us to say "ITS HERE!". Palm Bridal is a gem in the bridal world. Kersten and her mother are wonderful genuine good hearted people. They truly care about each bride and her guests. I drove across the state multiple times just to work with them. I would do it again and again just to be able to have the experience I did! Kersten keeps in communication with you through the entire process and does all she can to make sure your vision comes to life. They offer simply stunning bridal gowns and accessories! The shop itself is clean and very tranquil and has very convenient parking right behind the shop. I have not one negative thing I could say. They were simply a delight! -

I am so glad I did! Kersten and her mom were so helpful and kind. They listened to my story and made me feel like I was part of their family instead of a client. Shopping here was meant to be for me, with the store opening the same week I got engaged, and I’m In love with the dress I picked! I came down from Boston with the intention of just perusing a couple stores to start getting dress ideas with my mom, grandma, and stepdad. I found my isle style at Palm Bridal!
I saw my dream wedding dress—a Morilee—on Pinterest and called eight bridal shops all over the state of Florida before I found one (200 miles away) that carried it.
Palm Bridal is not that shop. Palm Bridal is the shop I went to with my mother so we could get the “try on gowns” experience before I drove across the state to pick up the dress I really wanted.
Kersten was attentive to my needs and style (I wanted no lace and no train), and she helped me choose five or six dresses to try on.

Refreshing Wedding Dress Shopping Experience
Kersten and her mother are the sweetest ladies on 5th Ave! What a refreshing experience at Palm Bridal. We never felt pressured and actually left the first day without purchasing anything to go see dresses at other places. Kersten wished us luck and I could tell she meant it. At other bridal shops, we encountered pushy salespeople and ridiculous prices. I couldn't stop thinking about this beautiful (not to mention affordable) dress at Palm Bridal.
