Based out of Kokomo, Indiana, P3 Party Rental LLC is a wedding and event rental company. This family-owned home business can help couples bring their event to life with their basic rental offerings.

If you're looking for comfortable seating/tables to make your event memorable, please check us out. We try to keep the process simple for easier event planning- just let us know the amount of tables (rectangular (6'/8') or 72" round) and chairs (white/black contoured seat) you need for your event, delivery date/pickup, and the delivery address. You will be provided with an estimate/invoice, with payment link. Payment is due 30 days before the event through the Square Point of Sale system.

Note**
Delivery: You will be contacted approx. 7-days prior to the event to verify delivery address and date & time. Delivery locations within a 25-mile distance of Kokomo, IN is free, otherwise a $30 delivery charge will occur for events outside this range. Delivery limit is 90 miles. Items are delivered night before event to allow time for setup, and may be picked up by midnight the same day as the event, or the next day, unless coordinated otherwise.

Setup/Teardown: A $25/hr charge occurs for setup/teardown of tables & chairs automatically, unless it is communicated by the client that the items will only be dropped off/picked up in stacks.
