I truly enjoyed Mrs. Donna. She is an amazing chief! If you want great food this is the place to secure. The employees were equally amazing and very friendly. I have read the negative reviews but maybe I can shed honest enlightenment. I will begin by stating I am not related to the owners nor do I have any investment into their business. Terry, the one that is receiving all of the negative reviews, do require a lot of love when working with her. However, she will do what you ask her to do. If you are passive with her your vision for your event will be destroyed. Bottom line: she has her vision and you have your vision. She tends to lose sight of that in trying to make things nice for the client. She is very plain and straight forward in communicating with the client. Yes, she is easily irritated with client decor changes but in the end if you are firm you will be pleased. I kept praying that God will help me to show her the love of Christ and He did. By the end of the night we were all smiles. My suggestion to anyone who would like to book this venue please do so. However, sit down with Terry the week before and layout your vision to her ahead of time. Listen to what she suggest in regards to logistics but in the end be firm in your final decision. Donna is amazing to work with and with much love Terry is as well. All of us are different and to be honest difficult at times. The good outweighs the bad. I would still go back and prayerfully win Terry over.

The decorations were AMAZING! Service was IMPECABLE! And the food was DELICIOUS!! If you want a perfect rehearsal with no problems or hiccups- then Osbornes is the place for you!! You will not regret it!!!

My husband and I would highly recommend Osbornes in Florence, SC, for any type of event, but especially for a wedding reception. Our oldest daughter was married October 2011 and thanks to Osbornes we were able to enjoy every moment of the evening. We are both pastor's children and have sang and taken part in many weddings over the years and know the hard work that goes into a successful wedding reception. I can honestly say that thanks to Terri, I, as Mother of the Bride, was able to enjoy every single moment of the evening. As if that wasn't enough, before I was able to say goodbye to my last guest, Terri already had my car loaded with the gifts and had everything in order so that we could go home and relax. I never dreamed it would be so stressless! The venue was absolutely beautiful and to our taste, the food was amazing, and the Osborne sisters kept everything on schedule so that my daughter and son-in-law were able to leave at a reasonable time. I cannot think the Osborne family enough for making my daughter's wedding so successful and also giving my husband and myself such peace of mind. We never dreamed we would be able to afford a reception like we were able to give our daughter thanks to Osbornes.
