Orchard Hills at Patterson Farm

Me and my now husband, Zach, absolutely loved Patterson’s before we even chose it for our wedding venue. Once we were engaged, there was no other place for us to have our wedding! Working with Livia and other staff was one of the best experiences. She took care of us, answered all of our questions we had throughout the whole process, and was extremely accommodating to our needs. Livia and the rest of the staff were extremely passionate about what they do, which made the day feel even more special. I seriously feel so blessed being able to work with them all! I would 1000% recommend Orchard Farms as a venue not only as it’s a beautiful event site, but because Livia and her team are some of the best people to work with. They feel as if they are family working side by side to make our day as special and smooth as it can be. We love Patterson’s and highly, highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved our experience with Orchard Hills/Patterson Farm and Livia! The venue was beautiful and the perfect canvas for us to personalize and make our own. The staff were all incredibly helpful and professional, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Livia was amazing throughout the entire planning process — she had great ideas and insight, gave us referrals that turned out to be great, and was always open to our ideas and helping make them happen. Communication was easy and consistent throughout the whole process. The venue provided so many beautiful backdrops for photos, and our day went perfectly!

From the moment we toured Orchard Hills at Patterson Farm over a year before our wedding, we knew we had found something special. Livia, the venue manager, immediately made us feel at ease. She didn’t just show us the venue. She walked us through exactly what our wedding day could look like, answered every question with confidence, and made the entire planning process feel exciting instead of overwhelming. From that first meeting on, it felt like we had a built-in wedding planner.

Planning from out of state could have been stressful, but Livia was always just a text, email, or phone call away. Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that everything was under control. She also has an incredible collection of décor available for couples to use, from card boxes to thoughtful finishing touches, which saved us money and took away the stress of wondering if we’d forgotten something. She even offers live ceremony music through Duo Allegretto with Jackie, which we chose for our wedding. It was one of the best decisions we made. Their music beautifully tied the ceremony together and made it feel even more personal. Talk about a multi-talented venue manager!

What truly made us choose Orchard Hills was its authenticity. We toured venues that felt overly extravagant, almost as if weddings had to be “boujee” to be beautiful. That just wasn’t us. Orchard Hills felt humble, welcoming, and effortlessly beautiful. It was elegant without being pretentious and dreamy without feeling staged. We never felt pressured to create a picture-perfect wedding. We simply had a wedding that felt like us.

As someone who isn’t originally from Ohio, getting married at Orchard Hills felt magical. For my husband, who grew up visiting Patterson Farm as a child, it was already a place filled with memories. Somehow, it felt like home to both of us. The peaceful countryside, orchards, rustic barn, and rolling fields created the perfect backdrop, and everywhere you looked was another breathtaking photo opportunity.

The venue itself is also thoughtfully designed. There are two ceremony locations, and while both are beautiful, we highly recommend the barn ceremony site. The peaceful setting, combined with golf cart transportation for guests who need assistance, creates an experience that is both charming and accommodating.

What makes Orchard Hills truly exceptional, though, is its people. Every member of the staff welcomed us with kindness, warmth, and genuine excitement. They never felt like employees simply working an event. They felt like family celebrating alongside us. You can tell this venue is built on love, and knowing that some of the staff are Livia’s own family makes that feeling even more genuine.

If you’re looking for a venue that is beautiful without being flashy, peaceful without feeling isolated, and run by people who genuinely care, we cannot recommend Orchard Hills at Patterson Farm enough. It isn’t just a beautiful place to get married. It’s a place that feels like home. We would choose it again in a heartbeat.

Orchard Hills is a wonderful place to have any kind of celebration for about 100 guests or less. The venue's lovely setting is semi-rural yet easy to get to. Livia and her staff were great and they can help you with whats works best for table layouts, decorations, caterers and other suppliers. We had three wedding celebrations there and each was a great success. A local caterer and beverage supplier were used. The caterer is a local favorite and the beverage supplier will refund any unopened bottles of wine and cases of beer so you so you don’t have to worry about buying too much or too little. The beverage supplier with also bring additional beverages if it looks like you may run out. The bar tender was the best. We would use them again for any celebrations in the future.

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful at Orchard Hills with all the help from all the staff! Livia was so accommodating and took so much pressure off the whole process of planning. Always available and receptive to whatever we threw her way! She coordinated everything and worked with our DJ to make it all come together absolutely beautifully. Thank you so much Livia and all the staff that made our special night extra special. All our guests agreed it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve been to! I would recommend this venue to anyone that wants a beautiful outdoor venue and a team that prioritizes making your day smooth and seamless!

Livia and her team were excellent to work with planning and executing our wedding. The space was lovely and they were very accommodating. The grounds are scenic and there's plenty of parking. Bartenders and servers are professional and helpful.

Everything was top notch and I had absolutely zero problems or complaints. One of the best experiences of my life.

Orchard Hills and Livia were wonderful to work with. The venue was incredibly flexible with bringing our personal vision to life. We needed a space that would accommodate our 19 month old son and a few other toddlers easily, we had legally gotten married earlier in the year so our ceremony at orchard hills was less traditional yet the staff still helped us make it beautiful, and we were given access to a tv screen so we could show a video tribute for my father who had passed 3 months earlier. Livia was constantly available during our entire planning process and the entire week of and day of our reception. She was beyond accommodating 2 days before the wedding when I had an 11:30pm panic attack realizing I had somehow left 2 guests off our final count. The venue itself was beautiful, my vendors found the staff as easy to work with as I did, and the venue both inside and out photographs beautifully. The pricing and flexibility of the venue also made Orchard Hills a great choice for us especially in comparison to some other local venues we had toured. I felt like we got far and above the hat we paid for especially in terms of the phenomenal service we received from EVERY staff member.
My favorite detail was that Orchard Hills opened our bar the moment our guests began to arrive and kept it open through our toasts, first dance, cake cutting, and dinner and didn’t close the bar until last call.

The Orchard Hills at Patterson’s Farm venue is absolutely gorgeous with so many beautiful views and amazing decor! It was a dream to have our wedding in such a lovely location! Livia our coordinator was ‘on point’ with everything from the smallest details, food, music, lighting, decorations to how the evening flowed flawlessly! It was the perfect wedding…it was a dream!
