The Orchard Hills at Patterson’s Farm venue is absolutely gorgeous with so many beautiful views and amazing decor! It was a dream to have our wedding in such a lovely location! Livia our coordinator was ‘on point’ with everything from the smallest details, food, music, lighting, decorations to how the evening flowed flawlessly! It was the perfect wedding…it was a dream! Thank you Orchard Hills at Patterson’s Farm for such an extraordinary evening!

Livia and the team at Orchard Hills were professional, dynamic, had amazing input planning wise and were a wealth of knowledge. The time between engagement and our wedding was 10 months and it would have been so much more stressful without Livia. She was my rock and I never felt the need to worry with her in my corner. She's extremely dedicated and organized. The team itself day of is efficient and so, so kind. I loved having my wedding here, due to the staff and how beautiful the grounds are. Plenty of room to get ready for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Having our reception hall in the same location as the ceremony made life so easy. And in my opinion, this was so most gorgeous location for an outdoor wedding. I felt like a fairytale princess all day. No regrets at all, I highly recommend at least touring the location and meeting with Livia!

Livia and her team at Orchard Hills are northing short of amazing. She was by our side from day one and made our vision come to life. It was the perfect intimate & cozy wedding. Everything I could have dreamed of! Even though our ceremony was supposed to be outside, mother nature had different plans. Livia still set up the outside just incase we had a little window for our ceremony to be outside and to me that was above and beyond. Livia truly cares and it shows through her work. I will recommend this venue to anyone!

My husband and I got married here this past October and I can not recommend it enough to everyone! From the moment of planning Livia was so helpful and truly made everything a breeze! Everyone was so patient as well as kind and made my vision for our wedding come true! Truly a once in a lifetime experience

It's taken me a month to write this review because I am trying to put the right words together to express how wonderful of an experience we had with Patterson's Fruit Farm for our October wedding. I've been visiting Patterson's since I was little, so the second we visited Orchard Hills Center and met with Betty, my fiance and I knew it was the perfect place to hold our October reception. I can't say enough good things about this choice - it's incredibly affordable, almost everything you need is on-site (chairs, tables, linens, china, plus there's a room FILLED with items past brides have donated for you to use for your centerpieces/decorations). You can bring in your own caterer and alcohol, but they will provide a bartender. They also recently updated the flooring and carpet, which gives it even more of beautiful, rustic feel. (Plus, the ceiling to floor windows & outside porch allow you to take in the beautiful scenery and gorgeous sunset) Betty gives you a list of vendors they regularly work with, which is how we found our caterer (Forno Wood Fired Pizzas) and our DJ (Matt Gazdak). Two days before the wedding, we dropped off all our supplies and met with Betty and Livia (she was our day of coordinator) one last time (we were over an hour late and they patiently waited for us) and they listened to how I wanted everything set up - and when we arrived that afternoon of the wedding, it was more amazing than I could have imagined. I had a stress-free morning thanks to Betty and Livia, and a bonus was that we used Patterson's donuts & apple fritters as our dessert, which was a HUGE hit, AND Betty and her husband stopped by the reception to say hello. Another awesome bonus is that Livia & her amazing staff cleaned up everything at the end of the night, so all we had to do was load it into the car and drive away. You really can't go wrong here if you're planning on having a reception of about 150 or less.

SO excited for our September wedding at Orchard Hills Party Center! We had been searching far and wide in Cleveland for an affordable wedding venue that wasn't "cheap". Both of us have a love for autumn and thought that an apple orchard could be the perfect place to tie the knot, and soon enough we thought of our favorite orchard!

Since Day 1, Betty has been an outstanding resource and confidant to assist in making sure our big day is perfect. With such a beautiful ceremony location (looking over the hills of Chesterland) and a gorgeous reception inside Orchard Hills, we are over-the-moon excited for our wedding day!

LOVED the venue, it was absolutely gorgeous in the fall, and Betty, the wedding coordinator there, is superwoman. She was so helpful, so quick in returning calls, so creative, and the place is a great value. I love love LOVED it!

Everything was top notch and I had absolutely zero problems or complaints. One of the best experiences of my life.

Orchard Hills and Livia were wonderful to work with. The venue was incredibly flexible with bringing our personal vision to life. We needed a space that would accommodate our 19 month old son and a few other toddlers easily, we had legally gotten married earlier in the year so our ceremony at orchard hills was less traditional yet the staff still helped us make it beautiful, and we were given access to a tv screen so we could show a video tribute for my father who had passed 3 months earlier. Livia was constantly available during our entire planning process and the entire week of and day of our reception. She was beyond accommodating 2 days before the wedding when I had an 11:30pm panic attack realizing I had somehow left 2 guests off our final count. The venue itself was beautiful, my vendors found the staff as easy to work with as I did, and the venue both inside and out photographs beautifully. The pricing and flexibility of the venue also made Orchard Hills a great choice for us especially in comparison to some other local venues we had toured. I felt like we got far and above the hat we paid for especially in terms of the phenomenal service we received from EVERY staff member.
My favorite detail was that Orchard Hills opened our bar the moment our guests began to arrive and kept it open through our toasts, first dance, cake cutting, and dinner and didn’t close the bar until last call.

We celebrated our marriage at Orchard Hills in September 2024 having booked the site in January 2023. We toured the venue and met the staff who were very friendly and professional, and we worked mainly with Livia through the planning process. With each step Livia offered great advice and feedback to help us make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. From suggesting trustworthy vendors to helping with day of setup, Livia and the staff helped take out some of the major headaches of wedding planning.
What really stood out to us was the freedom to choose our own vendors. There were no hoops to jump through, no extra fees, and a plethora of decorations provided by the venue at no additional cost.
We had our dream wedding and we could not have done it without the help and expertise of the kind and helpful staff at Orchard Hills. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to rent for any event.

Wonderful venue!!! They were very accommodating and always there when we needed them. Their professionalism and helpfulness was outstanding. Betty and Livia were the best!

My husband and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this wedding. We had a few last minute changes with the terrible weather and they made everything seamlessly flow. The decorating came out stunning, the helpers and wedding coordinators were amazing and helpful. We decided the day before to move the ceremony inside due to weather and they set us up the most beautiful isle and decorations and helped us practice on the best ways to walk. They have a whole room filled with decorations for use and it is included at no extra charge. Their bartender was absolutely wonderful and fast to serve our full bar with 85 guests. They quickly addressed any concerns and offered immediate solutions as well which made the whole night flow without a single snag. I highly, highly recommend this gorgeous scenic venue. We were treated like family by the owners and they genuinely cared about us and our guests and making our day special for us. Words alone cannot describe the immense joy we have in
picking this venue. Thank you so very much!!

If I could rate this location more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Betty and her team were phenomenal. She did everything in her power to make sure our wedding went off without a hitch and that our every need was taken care of. They were completely flexible, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time ever. Betty did more than we could have ever asked, and she is a great contributor to our wonderful wedding. The location is completely gorgeous and worked well for our small and intimate wedding.

Orchard hill is the most beautiful place to have a wedding. We couldn't have asked for anything more!! Betty and her staff are amazing, and make your day perfect!

I can not say enough amazing things about Orchard Hills! From the beginning when my husband and I went to meet with Betty (coordinator) she supplied up with a packet of ALL the information we would need for photographer, videographer, caterers etc. We literally had no questions when we left that day. Livia is the other coordinator who is amazing as well! The day before the wedding at the rehearsal they were both there to assist us with any questions that we might have had. The day of the wedding both Betty and Livia were there again to help us, calm me down and catered to our/my demands. I am a hot bod and they both made sure I wasn't hot all night long! We didn't have to get up to get our food, they brought it to us as well as making sure we always had drinks. My family, myself and my husband felt really comfortable and trusted them. They take pictures and make you feel like part of the Orchard Hills family! I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for a wedding! Thank you Orchard Hills!

I cannot say enough about Betty and her team at Orchard Hills! From Day 1, she was an absolute saint to work with, and so accommodating with our wedding needs. She provided a full list of vendors and contacts at the very first meeting - considering we'll STILL getting feedback about Pranzo, our caterer, we'd say it was extremely resourceful. The "magic room" as they call it, is a DIY bride's dream come true! Would recommend this venue to anyone who is aiming for a 125-150 person event. Thank you so much, Orchard Hills!

I had my wedding reception at Orchard Hills this weekend and everything turned out amazing!! Betty and her staff were more than accommodating on the big day and were so very helpful throughout the wedding planning process. It was as if I was working with my own family and it was clear that she cares about her clients. She even gave me a list of recommended vendors the first time we met (FYI - I also HIGHLY suggest Dj Matt Gazdak and Kathy's Cakes). They also went as far as making my centerpieces for me (less work for me) and they had many centerpiece options of their own that we were free to use at no charge!! (Saved me $$ heck yeah!!) they also have many different linen colors to choose from, chair covers, tablecloths, and china of their own to use too so you don't have to shop around (you are free to do so, but you won't beat their prices anyway!!)
The venue was absolutely beautiful and my guests couldn't stop talking about the scenery. My photographer (April G. Photography) was in love with the rock formations, open fields and rolling hills that are all on site and my pictures turned out stunningly. The staff decorated the venue for me as well and the did a phenomenal job! The bartenders were great and the wait staff was too. It was truly a fairy tale wedding and I could not have asked for anything better! You will NOT be sorry if you book your next big event with them!

This place and it's staff are awesome! Betty is like your mom leading you through the wedding process, except calmer!! She is interested in every detail and wants your day to be perfect as much as you do. The views from this venue are fantastic and are the main attraction. You have to go see it!

My husband and I were recently married at this venue on 5/17/2014. I can't say enough good things. We first fell in love with Patterson after visiting to get pumpkins and we saw a couple getting married there. It couldn't be more gorgeous - plenty of outdoor spaces to get married, take photos, and then the beautiful indoor reception venue with cabin-like decor.

From walking over the bridge to get into the reception to relaxing on the outdoor deck, our guests were wowed by the understated natural beauty. But what makes this venue so great is the wedding coordinators, Betty and Livia, who are completely down to earth and helpful. With their guidance, the whole wedding process was stress free.

Best part of the affordable value is that you bring your own caterer, alcohol, and DJ so you can really pick and choose what works best for you. Betty and Livia provide plenty of guidance and ideas on which vendors to use but the choice is ultimately up to you! It made for a great personal touch when we could choose our favorite vendors and bring them all together at the lovely venue.

Highly recommended for a bride wanting an outdoorsy, elegant yet understated, affordable, and totally customizable wedding venue. We had both our ceremony there (outdoors) followed by the indoor reception. It was so relaxing to get to one place that morning and simply stay there all day for ceremony, photos, and reception. We will never forget our wedding day at Patterson Fruit Farms and will continue to go back to get their delicious pies!

Wow- our wedding could not have been more perfect. Orchard Hills is beautiful- picturesque views, cozy and comfortable reception hall, brand new deck for watching the sunset... it was all we could have asked for and more. Betty, the coordinator here was absolutely amazing. She was extremely responsive (answered her cell phone while on a cruise vacation!), reassuring, warm and helpful. She had great ideas and let us use a bunch of items to decorate so we did not have to purchase them and use only once. She worked very well with our other vendors so everything was seamless. We ended up using a lot of the people she recommended. She even got us extra pies during dinner when we ran out (go for the pies- huge hit!) I would highly recommend Orchard Hills to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic and good value wedding.

Orchard Hills is a lovely venue, recognizable to most from the East side of Cleveland. Our ceremony was held inside because of the weather and it could not have been more beautiful! Betty Golling was wonderful to work with. She is readily accessible via phone and quick to return calls and answer questions. It was wonderful to be able to use the plethora of decorations she's collected over the years, as well. A big plus is being able to bring in all of your own vendors, and alcohol - saved us a lot of money! We were surprised that we had to take everything home at the end of the night, but it all worked out in the end.

Patterson fruit farm is a wonderful to get married at! We loved the park area! we got married outside by a rock cliff. BEAUTIFUL! The only thing i wish was that they would update the hall. The theme of the place is country, and in which makes sense, since it's a fruit farm;) they are very reasonable in price. i would def. recommend this place. they allow outside catering and have many options to choose from. It was the perfect wedding! perfect atmosphere, perfect everything:)
