A Dream Come True! Our Fairytale ending!

Do you want everything at one place? Are you looking for that beautiful outside and inside country view? Are you looking for the place for all your dreams to come true? On-a-Whim Event Barn is your place!!! The owners Dawn and Joe are incredible down to earth people, that work hard to make sure your day is exactly what you want! If Dawn and Joe hadnt bought this property and turned it into such a beautiful place my dream wedding would have been next to impossible! This is a perfect location on the out skirts of towns not to far away but in the country enough to get the full country feel! My husband and I spent 2 years planning our big day and it was perfect!!! Joe is an amazing bartender, my guest enjoyed his company. I was delivered to the altar in my dads (now mine) restored truck and Joe was such a huge help with the truck. very nice and professional! Dawn is incredible! She was there to help every step of the way! Communicating with her was a breeze, the week of the wedding she went above and beyond reaching out and letting us know she was there if we needed anything. I was even able to let my happy tears out and vent a bit to her! I love how she stood back and listened to my vision, and only recommended things to improve as she does know her venue so well!!! All you have to do is do your part and they do thier part. It truly was that simple! As with anything communication is key! Our guest enjoyed every bit of our day! Our wedding party was in aw of the sweets, there is a groom sweet and a bridal sweet! The bathrooms for the guest are neat beautiful and very clean! Our DJ has been in the business for over 30yrs and our big day gave him a few first! Do to the beautiful weather we had our DJ was able to be outside on the deck looking over the outside dance floor that is incredibly breathtaking! The barn itself where we held our dinner was stunning, and everyone was able to sit comfortably! Our photographer had many places to stage photos, to capture everything we wanted! Everything is also wheelchair accessible huge plus!

The wedding isn't for 18 months but the booking process was super easy, the owners are super flexible and willing to work with , I can't wait to continue our journey with dawn and Joe!

Dawn and Joe are WONDERFUL! So attentive and on top of it. Highly recommended!

What an incredibly sad day they created for my nephew and his bride. I can't begin to imagine speaking to a bride and groom the way the owner did THE DAY of the wedding. Im glad they got all the pictures they did...
Thank goodness Celabrations on the River in La Crosse came through for them.
This place should be sued for what they put my family through.
