Seamless option for guest transportation

We used Old Town Trolley for guest transportation to and from our rehearsal dinner and could not be more pleased with our experience! It was one of our guests favorite parts of the evening and it made logistics seamless on our end. We can't imagine the alternative of having to get 30+ people in ubers and sending them into rush hour DC traffic! The trolley gave everyone the chance to relax, enjoy the ride and see all the beautiful neighborhoods of DC on our way to and from dinner. Our driver was friendly and timely and the trolley was well kept and comfortable. Abe and his team were so helpful and we highly recommend using them for your event needs!

FANTASTIC Rehearsal Dinner Moonlight Monument Tour

We hired Old Town Trolley Tours to pick us up from our Rehearsal Dinner and take us on the Monuments by Moonlight Tour. We had 40 very happy friends and family! Mr History was our tour guide/driver, and he was amazing. He told us so many facts about the Monuments as well as Washington, DC that many of us had never heard. We had a fabulous time and highly recommend this tour as a great way to say thank you to your wedding guests.

Unique and wonderful transport

We used Old Town Trolley for our wedding shuttle. It was a very unique way for our guests to get to and from the venue. It was great to work with Abe who was able to accommodate our growing numbers as COVID protocols allowed us to open our guest list. Our drivers were professional and punctual and everyone had a great time!

Amazing end to wedding with Monument Photo Tour

Due to COVID we had a very small wedding without dancing. Trying to find a way to say thank you to our guests, we hired Old Town Trolley to take us and our photographer to some of the monuments for photos and fun in the city. Abe was wonderful to work with and our driver, Buckeye, was amazing. He even took us to Dupont Circle for a quick fountain stop and dropped us right off at the hotel. It was a great way to end the night and enjoy the city we all live in, even in the times of COVID.

We engaged Old Town Trolley for transportation services for our October 2015 wedding. The bridal party and guests (160+) were all transported in a trolley, which arrived at each pick-up location on time. Guests were transported from our hotel to the church to the reception venue and back, and the buses arrived on time at all locations. Abe (who coordinated the transport) and our driver were professional, friendly and very cordial to our guests, and the vehicles were clean. Abe was extremely helpful in assisting me with mapping out the timing of pick-up and drop-off. We set an initial timeline months before the wedding and then he followed up about a week before to confirm the timeline and make any necessary tweaks.

When it came to our wedding, I knew I didn't want a limo. Enter Old Town Trolley. The trolley seats about 35 which was perfect. We had our parents, grandparents, siblings, nieces and nephews, photographers...pretty much everyone rode along in the trolley! It picked up the bridal party and took them to the church for our ceremony, then we rode it around the Mall for pictures, and had it drop us off at our reception venue. The trolley was SO much fun and our driver was wonderful. No one in our bridal party (or family) had ever been to DC before, so we asked him to give everyone some fun facts about DC and even my husband and I learned a few things! If you're looking for a fun alternative to a limo for your wedding, I definitely recommend Old Town Trolley. They're great to work with, and definitely a more affordable option than a lot of limo services!

We provided a nighttime monument tour for our families as part of the rehearsal dinner and even though it was raining and the monuments were closed Old Town Trolley did a phenomenal job of entertaining our guests and providing a high quality tour! These guys are the greatest!

We really wanted a trolley for our wedding, but due to our wedding date, we had competition from 4 major conventions and peak tourism season. We called every week to see if Old Town Trolley released any vehicles for private events. It was not until 3 weeks before the wedding that we got lucky and made a 4 hour reservation. Definitely keep hope alive and not for the faint of heart cutting it that close to the wedding date.

Terrie, Director of Sales, was fabulous to work with. She was more diligent on the event than we were. One advice, definitely listen to her when it comes to scheduling... what may seem to be over buffering of travel time, was spot on on our wedding day.

We utilized the trolley service for both the wedding party transportation, pictures around DC and guest pick up from the nearby hotels. One of the best decisions and we highly recommend Old Town Trolley.

All of our guests loved the trolley and were so pleased with the driver's professionalism. This is a great idea if you need to haul a lot of people, but want something a little more pleasing than a bus or van. The only reason I gave a lower star in quality was because the seats were not clean for the first run of the day. The driver immediately corrected the issue and made every effort to ensure the transportation was smooth.

Setting up our trolley for the bridal party to and from our ceremony was great. Professional, quick to respond to emails and other communications. We had a great time on the trolley and I would suggest it over a bus for anyone! the open air drive and impromtu dance party was so much fun!

The problem was our driver. He was rude, grumpy and definitely in a bad mood. We were the first ones to leave the ceremony and arrived after many of our guests, because he took a long out of the way route. The father of the bride was born and raised in the DC area and the driver wouldn't listen to him. This is a wedding, put a smile on your face and find your manners!
