We hosted our micro wedding reception here and I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. From start to finish, Darci went above and beyond. Leading up to the event, she was thorough in answering all of my questions and patient with every detail I wanted to confirm. When an unexpected road closure completely shifted our wedding day schedule, Ol Buckaroo was flexible and accommodating, which made such a stressful situation so much easier.

On the day of, the space was decorated beautifully and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about it! The service was warm, attentive, and professional, and everything exceeded our expectations.

We got married here and literally cannot imagine having experienced our wedding anywhere else. The ceremony (right along the river) and reception were perfectly set up! The venue dresses up so wonderfully and the string lights add all the vibes to any outdoor event. Our guests (about 65) raved about the food, the space and the evening overall. Plus working with Nicky in all the planning was so amazing - she’s both detailed and casual in her approach which was exactly what I wanted.

BOOK THIS VENDOR! Seriously, we left all of the details in their hands and they blew us away! Nicky was like a built-in wedding planner and held our hands through the entire planning process. Obviously, we picked the place because of their amazing food (and because their decor was exactly how I was going to decorate the ceremony site), but seriously, the food was so good people asked for boxes to take left-overs. Like, when have you EVER been to a wedding where the food was so good people wanted doggie bags?? I mean, it was so good my vegan friend went back to eating meat that night! They also did our desserts because my now-husband doesn't like cake. Not only did they do their signature desserts, they made buckeyes (chocolate covered peanut butter balls) because I'm (wait for it) a Buckeye! And these buckeyes were so delicious I gorged myself on them. I literally can't imagine one thing that they could have done better. Everything was just perfect!
