Important Information:

• Events must follow Malibu’s city noise and traffic ordinances. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Valet parking is required for all guests.
• A professional wedding coordinator is required. We provide the venue only and will collaborate with your coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Vendors, décor, chairs, and tables are not included.
• You may access the property starting at 11:00 AM on the day of the event for setup and preparations.
• Daily housekeeping begins at 11:00 AM.
