The Staff (Jamie and Ginger particularly) at Oakmont CC were GREAT! We had our 7/25/15 wedding reception here. They were so easy to work with and really made sure all the details were in place for our special day! They met with my mom and me several times throughout the planning process and were always so kind and respectful! On the actual day, EVERYTHING was taken care of and their staff was exceptional! The are so efficient and know how to do weddings! I could not have asked for a more beautiful venue and staff to match!

I loved Oakmont Country Club. Perfect site for a wedding and reception. Even better was our coordinator, Rachel Schneider. She did a gerat job from start to finish. she was always proactive and always calmed the bride (me!) we got so many compliments in the evening about how great she was. she's a true gem. the staff @ oakmont were perfect and some of the nicest people we know. thank you for making our wedding dreams come true without sinking our budget :)

Everyone was especially helpful to ensure the venue was decorated just like I asked. They had a smaller event early that morning and were able to have it turned around and looking beautiful in no time. The entire staff made my guests feel comfortable and were accommodating to everyone. A great big thank you to the coordinator Rachel Schneider. She was brought on about 2-3 weeks before my wedding and took time to meet with me prior to walk thru everything to ensure she understood my expectations. The day of the wedding she was fantastic! She stayed in tune with me from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I am SO glad we chose to have our wedding at Oakmont!! Sometimes you hear people say I wish I would've done this, or we forgot to do this... There isn't one thing I would change!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Oakmont Country Club and Andrea and my review probably won't do it justice! My wedding was perfect! The little touches Andrea did from the first day we meet with her really made me feel at ease with the whole planning process. She was so easy to work with and really made our day a dream come true. The venue was very affordable and worked with every idea we had. The day went as perfect as can be and the set up was as I imagined it! Our guests have had nothing but amazing things to say and I really couldn't be happier! I am so happy I chose to have my wedding with Andrea and Oakmont. If you don't go with Oakmont for any planning event, you are crazy!!!!

I worked with Andrea for several months prior to my event. The wedding was beautiful and I had no issues on the day of the wedding. They were flexible with my vendors and didn't have a set list of preferred vendors. They were very reasonably priced and were receptive to last minute details. Andrea was very professional and attentive. It was a fantastic day and one that I will always remember.

Andrea Yanez and the OCC staff were a delight to work with and they went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly on our wedding day. From the first time I contacted Andrea she was very responsive and professional. She answered all our questions and brought several important things to our attention that we had not thought of. She and the staff were very reliable and had wonderful attitudes.

Our daughter and son-in-law were recently married at the TWU Little Chapel-in-the-Woods, with the reception at Oakmont Country Club. We worked with Andrea at Oakmont to plan the reception and related activities. The reception was excellent and beautifully decorated. Andrea and the staff at Oakmont were very helpful and flexible, and accommodated our requests. She helped us make the right decisions for the look we wanted, and to get the most for our money. The food was outstanding - Chef Scott delivered as promised. This was a perfect venue for the wedding with a beautiful backdrop for outdoor photos at dusk.

We would definitely recommend Oakmont as a wedding venue. Even though we didn't have the ceremony there, it is a beautiful location for a ceremony as well as reception.

Our wedding reception was also impacted by the change of personnel handling event coordination. Initially we were concerned, as Andrea stepped in and had little to none of the details we’d worked out with the facility’s former event coordinator. However, with Andrea handling our event, there was no need for concern.

Andrea did a superb job of managing our event and making sure that everything went smoothly. She is detail oriented and has exceptional follow up and communication skills. We found that she was also flexible and works with your specific needs to ensure your wedding reception is flawless.

The facility was decorated exactly as we requested and planned for our event. The food was phenomenal. Scott, Oakmont’s chef did an amazing job as all of our guests raved about the entrées and appetizers.

The staff also did an exceptional job in serving our guests needs. Our reception was a plated event with two entrées. Our guests were assigned to specific tables and had place cards with their name, table & entrée selection. Several of our guests decided to change the seating arrangement that we’d planned for them. The staff just rolled with it and adapted quickly to the new table seating. I’m sure this presented a challenge to the staff, but they handled it professionally. Not one guest complained about service or food. Our guests continue to marvel about the facility, staff and food.

Oakmont Country Club was the right choice for our wedding reception. Each staff member worked hard to ensure the event was perfect. Our thanks again to Andrea, Scott, and everyone who was there during the event or worked behind the scenes. You helped create wonderful memories not just for us – but for all of our guests.

After some unfortunate mishaps concerning Brea, Andrea came in and saved my day. She took all of the stress off of myself and made sure that I was going to get exactly what I wanted. She was so responsive, whether by email or phone, and was always there to answer any last minute questions or help with ideas I had. She basically had two months to help me plan my wedding from scratch because nothing from my planning with Brea was available to her. The venue was perfect, beautiful, and I everything I imagined. The staff itself is amazing, always so friendly and cooperative, and willing do what needs to be done without question. I am so beyond blessed to have been able to work with Andrea and the rest of the Oakmont staff! They were always available and willing to go above and beyond to help!!

Oakmont Country Club was a perfect venue for our wedding!
We had some trouble in the beginning with the coordinator Brea. She promised us things that couldn't be provided. She was also unresponsive to emails. Then a few weeks before our wedding we got an email from a new coordinator (Andrea) saying she would be working with us. I thought it was very unprofessional of Brea to not inform us of her departure. But as soon as Andrea took over, everything went smoothly. She basically had to start planning our wedding from scratch because she wasn't left with any information.
The moment Andrea began working with us she was very professional and made sure that I had the wedding of my dreams!
