Thank you for your interest in reserving the Grand Banquet and/or Grand Lawn at the Plantation Oaks Amenity Center for your wedding and reception. The Grand Banquet will accommodate 150 people or less and is available for non-residents to reserve no more than six (6) months in advance.
Contracted time is inclusive of check-in (set-up) and check-out (clean-up), so please plan accordingly to include decorating, delivery of cake, caterer and DJ within the contractual agreement time and refer to cancellation policy prior to scheduling. To comply with policy clean up and check out must be completed prior to midnight.
A deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of reserving along with the rental fee, MON. – THUR. for four (4) hours at $450.00 or FRI. – SUN. for six (6) hours at $1,500.00. Contracted time is inclusive of check-in (set-up) and check-out (clean-up), so please plan accordingly. Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $125.00 for MON. – THUR. and $250.00 for FRI. - SUN. Tables ($12.00 each) and chairs ($2.00 each) are available to rent and may be confirmed 30 days prior to event date. All venue rentals must be confirmed no less than two (2) weeks prior to event date. If booked over a Holiday weekend a Holiday Fee of $200.00 may apply. Facility closes at 12 midnight.
The Grand Lawn rental fee is $200.00 with a $200.00 deposit for a four (4) hour rental. The Bridal Suite fee is $100.00 for duration of Grand Banquet rental. We also offer package rates* that include Tables and Chairs for Grand Banquet room only; Grand Lawn rental and/or Bridal Suite. A one hour rehearsal on Grand Lawn the day before wedding is also available if Grand Lawn is reserved for wedding.

Appointments are encouraged. Due to covering the weekends there are a couple of days during the week that I am not property. These dates are referenced in red print at bottom of each email. We accept personal check, credit or debit cards as forms of payment. Your access card and driver license along with rental fee and deposit will be required at the time of confirming venue. All venue rentals are confirmed at our Phase 1 District office located at 370 Oakleaf Village Parkway, Orange Park, FL 32065.
We accept the District Facility Use Permit in the order by which they are received. Please allow 72 hours for this date and time to be confirmed by the rental coordinator via phone and email, from the contact information provided on the contract. It is extremely important that the following information is received and/or is in compliance prior to receiving confirmation:
No fog machines or fireworks are permissible, and smoking is prohibited.
