I could spend hours talking about how wonderful Nuva is. They photographed my engagement shoot, bridal shower, and wedding. The photos came out amazingly and they truly captured every moment. Words cannot describe how happy I am that My husband and I found Fer and Hil to capture our day. I had found a few different photographers that we were considering, but upon meeting with them for our consultation, we were sold without any question. Simply speaking, they DEFINITELY have an eye for what they do. It was actually hard going through our pictures as to which we wanted because they were all so good. Both my husband and I were extremely comfortable on our wedding day, and the image that we had in our head was captured perfectly in the pictures and video that they captured for us. They are also just great people in general. We loved having them be part of our big day!

We are so happy that we chose Hilary and Fernando to be our wedding photographers. When searching for our wedding photographers we immediately fell in love with their photography style and portfolio. Our experience with them was everything we hoped for and more. Hilary and Fernando put so much care and attention into the process from start to finish which creates an experience while building a relationship, rather than just being a transaction. At the start of our wedding planning journey, we had several virtual meetings to discuss package options/pricing, photo style, and getting to know each other. They were very organized on communication with easy to use contracting tools and an informative preparation questionnaire. They were so comfortable to be around and treated us as friends. The Nuva team came well prepared the day of the wedding and worked very well together while bringing out our personalities. They were great at giving cues, pose suggestions, and making sure we all looked our best. They were also very familiar with our venue, which was helpful as they were prepared with a plan of where to take photos maximizing our time together. We have so many wonderful pictures capturing our special day with our family at our micro wedding. Having many photos with our family members was especially important to us as we live in California and our wedding was the first time we were able to see our families in 10 months. We are especially thankful to have so many beautiful photos of our wedding day as we were not able to do engagement photos due to the pandemic. Our family commented on how professional, nice, and inconspicuous their entire team was when capturing candid moments. We also had Nuva capture and produce our wedding video, which turned out fantastic. The video, like our wedding, was very intimate and exceeded our expectations. One special part of the video was their idea to go into the empty ballroom to have our dance as a married couple. After the wedding, they sent us a preview of our photos within a week and were able to fully process the photos in three weeks, even during the holiday season. They set up a viewing session over Zoom with us and our parents to review our photos, video, and select our wedding album materials. At every turn they were organized, professional, and had the perfect balance of personal touch. Hilary, Fernando and the rest of the team are great people, and great professionals. We are 100% satisfied with their photography and videography products and would wholeheartedly recommend them in a heartbeat.

Fernando and Hilary are super cool and awesome! They literally put everything they had into making sure we had all the photographs we could have hoped for from our special day. From the very start of the ceremony all the way through the end they were up running around getting photos from all angles. It was really fun to work with them, they broke the ice when we met for the first time, they also made it fun and we got to know each other a bit better up until a point where we started brainstorming ideas for shoots for our pre-wedding shoot and most importantly on the wedding day.

They are such a lovely couple and really made our day special and have given us photos that we will treasure forever. Hire them for your special event! You will not be disappointed, hands down best I could've ever asked.

With all the stress that comes from planning and preparing for a wedding, it was comforting to know that our photographs were going to turn out amazing without us having to worry about it. Choosing Nuva Photography was the BEST decision we could have ever made for our wedding! When we initially started looking for a wedding photographer and videographer, we had a difficult time finding an all-inclusive package that fit our budget – most companies did not provide both photography and videography, which was one of our favorite features that drew us to Nuva Photography. We also loved that they did not have a limit to the amount of coverage time for our wedding day. Many vendors we spoke with had six or eight – hour packages available, with extra cost for additional hours. Nuva Photography was the best option for us because they were able to provide unlimited coverage for our entire day. We were able to get all of the photos we wanted (and more!) and never felt rushed because of time constraints, or worried about additional costs. They were also very willing to work with our budget, and Hilary and Fernando genuinely showed that they cared about us from the very beginning. Most of all, they stuck by us through some of the challenges we faced when planning our wedding. My husband and I had to postpone our initial date due to the current pandemic, and then we ended up changing the location of our wedding six weeks before the second date. We already felt devastated, and dreaded telling our family, friends, and vendors because we felt awful that we had to keep changing our plans. With all of our changes, we never once sensed any disappointment from Hilary and Fernando. They provided emotional support, and constantly reassured us that we would still have a beautiful and magical day – and we did. Hilary and Fernando captured all of the special moments we had been looking forward to and put together the most beautiful highlight video for us. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and really showed that they grew to know us as a couple and what we would value looking back at our memories. They were so fun and easy to work with (not to mention very talented!), were extremely organized with our wedding day timeline, and exceptional at communication. They truly go above and beyond for you. They even sent us a beautiful gift after choosing them for our wedding day, and then another thoughtful gift for Valentine’s Day which was just a couple of months before our initial date. We do not have enough good things to say about this amazing couple, who have become like family to us after going through such a difficult year leading up to our wedding. They will stick by you, celebrate with you, share in your happiness, and give you beautiful and lasting memories to cherish forever. We had such a wonderful experience with our photographers, Hilary and Fernando, of Nuva Photography, from the very first meeting with them until the last picture was taken…and then some. My daughter’s original wedding date was postponed due to the pandemic, and they were very understanding and accommodating with all our changes. They have excellent communication skills, are very professional, not to mention kind, friendly, and they made us feel completely relaxed. They went above and beyond to make my daughter’s wedding day very special. The photographs they took were stunning. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed and so many of their pictures were very creative…they captured many different emotions of our family and friends, and we will have those to treasure forever.
