Nunnlea was the perfect place for our wedding reception this fall. Kathleen, the manager of the home, was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event. We were even able to come in a day early to set up since no one had planned an event that day. This made everything run much more smoothly since we were planning everything ourselves with the help of family and friends. The house is so beautiful and elegant, and its historical details make it such a truly unique space. It was the perfect size for our smaller group of 65 but could easily accommodate larger groups. For the space and flexibility you get in set up and catering, this is the best deal that you're likely to find in Louisville. Highly recommended!

The Nunnlea House was such a beautiful setting for our wedding! They were very accommodating to us with every request we had and also with allowing us plenty of time for rehearsal and setting up! Could not have had a more perfect venue!!!

I was so thankful to find the Nunnlea House in Louisville, KY to have my wedding ceremony and reception. I wanted a place where I could have both the ceremony and reception at the same place for not a major expense. Chairs and Tables were all included, which helped a lot having that already there. It is a historic home so there is a lot of character, pretty hard wood floors, and beautiful places outside for photos. There weren't any major rules we had to follow, and we had flexibility with being there all day to set up beforehand. I had plenty of space for 100 guests as well, however it holds more than that too.
