It was a so seamless working with Not your average Bella from start to finish. Gina was so sweet and easy to communicate with. She would send out super detailed emails with instructions for the trial, leading up to my wedding day, and then my wedding day. I barely had to think. My hair and makeup was done exactly how I envisioned!! Macey and Jenna did and amazing job. My bridesmaids received so many compliments too. I can’t wait to use them in the future. NYAB was an amazing glam squad for my wedding day. All of my girls looked AMAZING for both hair and makeup. They were timely and really listened to feedback from my trial/day-of adjustments. Side note, I definitely recommend having a third HMUA, which you can add on to your contract with NYAB, if you have a large bridal party - this definitely saved my timeline (we had 8 bridesmaids, 3 moms, and grandmother all getting hair, about half with makeup).

Working with Macey and her team was a dream! I was so nervous until I had my preview session with Macey and Gina. They listened to my concerns and made my hair and makeup way better then I imagined. Macey, Gina, and Jenna came to my venue the morning of which was so convenient. They were sweet and professional. They listened to what my girls wanted and did a beautiful job. My bridesmaids are still talking about how much they loved their hair and makeup. They also got done my bridal party before the scheduled time which was great! I highly recommend NYAB!!!

NYAB was absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better makeup/hair stylist. From the trial to my wedding, they were very professional and made me feel so comfortable. It's been almost 4 months since my wedding and this review is long overdue. The truth is I can't say enough about how much I appreciated working with the NYAB team, the support and service they provided was amazing, especially being a "COVID Bride" from Canada. I was devastated when I had to cancel my Nova Scotia home wedding last minute when my fiancé was denied at the border. After a quick turn-around we made the decision to get married in PA . With only a few short weeks to plan, I was still determined not to compromise on hair and makeup after having to give up so much, I still wanted to feel like a bride. And I did. NYAB did not disappoint! After their quick response time they made scheduling the appointment so easy and I knew from the interactions that they cared about my situation and would be comfortable to work with. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup! I felt glamorous but natural. I still felt like a bride, but also still myself. I had an outdoor wedding and my hair stayed together. I cried through some of the speeches and my make-up stayed in tacked. My bridesmaids and mom all felt and looked so beautiful! NYAB was a key part in making my last minute US wedding a wonderful, beautiful memory!

I don't even know where to start! Gina was so easy to schedule with and Macey was a dream to work with. I was a last minute booking due to the pandemic and having to switch plans over and over again and everything was SO easy from booking to communication. Macey came over and was so prepared and mindful of Covid guidelines the entire time. Not only was my hair and makeup flawless, it also remained impeccable for the entire day! I felt like a glamorous movie star and could not have been happier. I look forward to working with NYAB for future events in my life.

I was looking for a company a couple of years back that had a great reputation and also reasonable prices. I found Macey and Ginas education impressive. I ended up hiring them after talking to a couple of other companies.

They were a great fit. The communication was amazing, the flexibility, convenience, and their products. Gina made planning very stress free. Being a COVID bride brought a ton of stress and they transferred my date with no problems. Macey brought Gina and Kelsey on my wedding day. The whole team did a beautiful job. They ended up completing early. ALL of our hair and makeup stayed the whole night without any issues.

Macey was kind, easygoing, professional and excellent at doing my make up for my brother in law's wedding. She gave me her contact information and is actually coming to my home to do my hair and make up for family photos next week. Highly recommend!

I was a MOH in my best friends wedding last year. I was so impressed with NYAB sanitation. Macey and Laura used a new brush set on each girl and cleaned the entire time. I loved the makeup they did on me and my friends. It was natural and we still felt like ourselves. I loved them so much I decided to hire them for my wedding. My wedding was supposed to be October of 2020. Because of COVID-19, it got rescheduled to October of 2021. Macey and Gina went to the moon and back to make sure I stopped stressing and they were able to accommodate my new date. As a Covid bride, everything has been super stressful. NYAB is the only vendor that was empathetic and accommodating, I can not wait for them to be apart of my new wedding date!!
