Cuisine
Couples can enjoy full bar service from bartenders, a champagne toast and numerous different beverage options. American cuisine is served with the option of meeting dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, kosher, lactose-free, no pork, nut-free, organic, vegan and vegetarian requirements. Normandy Catering will help couples prepare a menu for their reception that is perfect for their unique day.

History
Linda and her husband Sandy started Normandy Catering by serving their first big event in 1968. They purchased a Party Center in Wickliffe, Ohio in 1978. They continued to grow their business and began offering off-site catering in 1984 to locations such as summer camps, daycare centers and schools. Now, Normandy Catering provides service to more than 52 venues across Northeast Ohio, and exclusive catering services to several venues.

Still getting Compliments today

We cannot say Thank You enough to Stacey and her Normandy Catering Team! One theme throughout the night was how amazing the food was. We had a 3 food station wedding serving approximately 100 and everything turned out great from Tacos, Pasta, and Meat. Stacey walked us through the entire day and worked seamlessly with other vendors. Amazing Vendor

Wonderful Wedding Food

We used Normandy Catering at our wedding at The Tanglewood Club in Chagrin Falls, OH and everyone loved the food! The tasting went great 4 months beforehand, so we were excited for everyone else to try the amazing food we had picked. The appetizers were great (chicken kabobs, crab cake) but the main entrees were even more fantastic! (prime rib, chicken, mahi mahi with brussel sprouts and fingerling potatoes) Everyone had large portions with fantastic flavors and wonderfully cooked food. They also worked with us on dietary restrictions without any issues. It was a great part of our wedding day and would definitely recommend!

Normandy did a FANTASTIC job with our catering! We gave them a particularly challenging job, too, since there were 14 different small plates, in five stations, and they all needed to be served at once. Our venue also does its own serving, which was probably also a challenge for them, but as bride, I did not hear about it (yay!).

Pam was our event coordinator and she was just brilliant. She saved our butts, too, pointing out a miscommunication we had with the venue that would have delayed food getting to the guests by almost an hour. She was extraordinarily patient and kind -- and soothing!! -- especially given that I kept adding food and worrying about plates and glassware.

There were nonstop raves from our guests about the quantity and quality of the food. Everyone was extraordinarily pleased. I would recommend Normandy without hesitation -- completely happy with their food and service!!

Normandy Catering was amazing! We had our reception at Patterson Fruit Farm in Chesterland. Normandy brought the buffet to us! Kathy was easy to work with and very responsive. I could go on and on about the reasons why I would recommend Normandy, but I will list the top reasons below:

1. The quality of food was exceptional! Everyone said that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! We had a buffet with salad, dinner roll, pretzel chicken, sliced roast beef, pasta primivera, roasted potatoes, and seasonal veggies. Delicious!!

2. No one left hungry! My family told me that everyone was not only happy with the quality, but also with the quantity of food. We even had leftovers!

3. The price was so reasonable! The price for 3 entrees, 2 sides, salad, and roll was $16.95/person. We also had the chef stay to slice the roast beef ($140.00 for 4 hours). The delivery fee was only $25.00. Even with the delivery fee and chef, the price per plate was about $10 less than the other caterers we researched.

We used Normandy for the catering for our wedding. The food was hot, staff was professional, and they made sure we were able to eat the hor'dourves. I would highly recommend them.

Kathy was amazing to work with right from the beginning. She was so helpful and really made our planning for the big day super easy. When the day came , the team was professional, the food was delicious and everything happened/looked exactly how I imagined it. Everyone that attended had nothing but great things to say about the food and the atmosphere! =)

So far everything has been excellent. I am a bride that lives in Texas planning my wedding in Cleveland and Kathy has been great with helping with coordinate everything and being flexible with my schedule. Pricing is excellent value and bar options are awesome! Cant wait!
