Keith is SUPER professional, exceptionally timely, and very patient! Flexible, positive, and most of all ALL-POSITIVE VIBES. He's kind, easy to work with, fun, and the epitome of grace under pressure! The wedding guests loved him and he made the best night of our lives even better. Fabulous DJ, amazing host - made the evening just perfect. We got the saxophone add-on that made the entertainment EVEN BETTER! Highly recommend that as well. 10/10.

Keith was the perfect DJ. Honestly! There is nothing that we would change about our wedding night, it was truly perfect. Keith is a class act professional who makes no compromise between quality and affordability. He values his clients and offers extraordinary service at an affordable price.

I went in with high (but reasonable) expectations for our wedding night, and he definitely delivered above and beyond!! We had read other reviews of weddings that Keith had DJ’d where the clients were musicians and they had curated a specific type of music they wanted throughout the night, and he nailed it. I consider myself a little bit of an audiophile, so I listen to a wide range of music, and I can also attest to just how amazing Keith’s music selection was! Part of a DJ’s job is to get you excited to go out on the dance floor, and we were already excited before the dancing began, because we just knew Keith was going to kill it (spoiler alert: he did!). He even mixed together multiple songs at once and it was amazing! Keith kept the atmosphere alive all night and there was never a dead moment. Most of the people were up and dancing, even people who have never been willing to dance before! It takes a skilled DJ to do that. It was electric.

We had had a negative experience with another DJ company that we spoke to before we decided to look to Nocturnal Cafe, but just from the first conversation with Keith we knew he was our DJ. Keith was incredibly respectful to us, he was patient and understanding throughout the whole process, and he worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were going to have the best night of our lives. His process with his clients is great and made us feel very comfortable. He does a great job of avoiding the typical eye-roll cheesy songs (unless you request it, of course) and he picks songs that suit well for what you’re looking for. We gave him some songs/artists/genres we would like to hear (and some to songs to avoid) but we ultimately wanted to just give him an idea of what we were thinking and for him to use it as a guide more than a ‘must’. We gave him creative freedom to just let him work his magic and boy, was it magic that came out of those speakers!

DJ Keith was our first and only choice for our DJ and he still exceeded our expectations. He was the DJ for my sister's wedding and when I had to book a DJ I knew exactly who we wanted. Keith's mixing skills are unmatched and he knows how to get people up onto the dance floor and keep the party going! We had friends stay on the dance floor nearly the entire night and saw guests dancing that we never thought we would see cutting a rug! Keith also handled the sound system for our ceremony and the toasts, which all occurred without any issues. He even went above and beyond helping us put our photo slideshow together when we couldn't figure it out on our end and displayed it for us throughout our reception. He was professional, knowledgeable, and so easy going yet enthusiastic for the music and vibe that we wanted for our wedding. If you're looking for a DJ, you can stop looking and book Keith now!

I would recommend Nocturnal Cafe any day all day!!! First, Keith is so nice, patient, and so helpful! He gave us great advice on how to build a playlist for our wedding and even with the small selection we gave him, he created an awesome playlist. Our guest were on the dance floor the entire time. Second, we had a bilingual wedding and his associate Tony did an amazing job translating everything and making everyone feel included. Third, Nocturnal Cafe did accent lighting for our wedding and we were going for a romantic feel, it was perfect! I truly recommend this company.

When we decided to work with Keith, his professionalism and work ethic shined through. He catered to our every need and made a playlist that suited our personalities perfectly. He was also very engaging and happy during our wedding games. We loved him, and our guests loved him as well as they frequently told us that our DJ was a lot of fun! Thanks again Keith!

As a professional musician couple, it was important for us that the music during our wedding day was great. Before the wedding, we had a meeting with Keith where we requested lofi-jazz hop during cocktail, classy jazz during dinner and 60-90 danceable soul, pop and house during our dance party. Keith nailed all of it and became the highlight of our wedding amongst musicians and grandpas to two year olds. His energy was contagious and he stroke the perfect balance between entertaining and enhancing our day in the background. He's perfect and we'd recommend him every time!

There are no words to describe how much Keith puts into his work and how much passion he has for what he does.
When we met him, it sounded almost too good to be true. Someone that was willing to be as flexible as he was and was willing to take over the responsibility of creating a timetable for our wedding reception and best of all, was in full communication with us. And then over delivering what he promised when it came down to the day of.
From having our names projected over our cake, to the uplights that went around our venue (which is worth mentioning that our venue was outdoors and the lights were still clearly visible) all the way to the music playlists that we got to pick using his mobile app. He was open to request from the guests and worked in complete sync with our wedding coordinators. Keith has perfect timing for first dances and grand entrances when it came to start and stop playing music to keep the itinerary going. He was also to adjust to any hiccup we had such as extended speeches. We were able to get everything back on schedule if any hiccup occurred. Our wedding reception started at 6pm and venue closed at 12pm sharp. We had time for grand entrances, first dance, parent speeches, best man and maid of honor speeches, cake ceremony, garter and bouquet toss, and dollar dance and still had a little over 3 hours to dance and have fun. Anyone that has been to a late starting reception would know what kind of a bummer it is when you lose time to dance. That was not an issue thanks to Keith and his team’s help on scheduling. In our opinion, Keith is the best person to work with when it comes to hosting a fun evening. He’s professional, respectful, fun, on time, adaptable, and always willing to hear suggestions. We thank Keith for starting our lives together with a night we will never forget.

Keith was great with our large wedding party and guest list. He was great to work with in the planning of the wedding; provided helpful feedback and he even came to the wedding rehearsal! What a fantastic celebration! We are grateful for Keith's part in our day.

This review is long overdue! Keith is simply amazing!! He was the DJ for my wedding one year ago and did such an awesome job that we had him DJ my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary a few weeks ago. Keith is a natural and able to pick just the right songs for the mood of the crowd to get everyone dancing. He’s very easy to work with and very professional. When we had technical difficulties with some audio visual equipment from the venue, Keith jumped right in to try to help fix the problem. The right music will make any event unforgettable and Keith is the man for any occasion to help make that happen!!!
