Tommy and his team are amazing to work with! He is very transparent and honest. He is not a pushy salesman and felt no pressure from him when we first called. Completely laid back which helped me to not be stressed and we are so happy that we chose them! Our videos came out amazing! We saw things we didn't even know he captured or that were even happening. Our videographer, Christina was amazing to work with also! The edits took about 10 weeks to receive but it was very much worth the wait! We highly recommend this team to capture your wedding video you will not be dissapointed.

Audrey was the absolute best!! She was very quick to respond to any email or text that I sent and always had an answer for me. She may the wedding day flow so well and helped out in anyway possible. Her work is absolutely stunning and she is fabulous at what she does. I was iffy on if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer but her prices are very reasonable and I am so so glad I did. I can’t wait to watch our video over and over again for so many years to come. So many of our family members complimented on how good it turned out and how this is one of the best ones they’ve seen in a long time. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did!

When we hired Justin to do our wedding video, we knew he was good. Really good. But when we saw our own video, we realized this guy is a MASTER. He's skilled, innovative, detailed, creative, and also a pleasure to work with - he was the most "chill" guy we worked with that day. We really lucked out landing him as our videographer, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the final product. We'd hire him again in half a heartbeat!

Knowledgeable and fun! An artist, truly! Highly recommend him for weddings.

Even though we absolutely loved having Joe & Melissa there on our wedding day, we waited to write a review for them until we received the final product to ensure we were giving a thorough review. We were excited by the trailer we received just short of two weeks after our wedding and couldn’t wait to see more. After receiving our final product we were absolutely impressed by HeartFelt Visual!!! To give you a little backstory my husband and I had decided early on during the wedding planning process that even though we wanted a videographer we couldn’t make it work with our budget. Months later my husband actually found HeartFelt Visual on his own. They were way more affordable than anyone else we had looked at and he ended up booking them! He surprised me one evening about 3 months out from our wedding with a meeting with Joe & Melissa. They were super friendly in our meeting and I was very excited about having them as a vendor! Joe & Melissa were a dream to work with!!! Before and after the wedding their communication was amazing, they kept us in the loop with updates and we were never left guessing. On our wedding day, they made us both so comfortable with the cameras, they cheered us on when a shot looked great, they helped us relax and enjoy the moments and they captured our day beautifully! I am truly blown away by our highlight video and have received so many compliments! It captured every beautiful moment of our day while staying true to us! Because of them my husband and I wrote letters to each other to read on the day of the wedding, which are now one of our favorite parts of our wedding day. The full day video that we also received in our package is amazing!!! It included uncut, raw, full videos of our letters to each other, opening our gifts from each other, my reveal to my bridesmaids, first look with my dad, our entire ceremony, Bridal party grand entrance into our reception, MOH BM and FOB Speeches, First Dance, FOB and MOG Dances, cake cutting and the bouquet and garter tosses! Seriously, its soo much footage! This was truly so special to me because when you are looking back on your wedding day it all feels like a blur but now, we are able to watch all of the important moments in full! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to have Joe & Melissa as our videographers!!! And I am spreading the word to everyone we know that is looking because they were that good! Just received the videos from our daughter's wedding in September. That is right videossss from Luxe. Six of them to be exact. The overview one caught so many moments and emotions with every shot fitting the music and mood. They were stealth the entire wedding. The bonus footage of the dancing at the reception was priceless as you can see the alcohol kick in haha! Not inexpensive but feel it was worth it for all of the precious memories caught from the rehearsal dinner, toasts, dances, and exit. Their video is an artful telling of a love story. Impressive.

Sofia was great! She was super responsive through the whole process of booking and even after. She was on time to deliver content. It was so amazing to get to see pictures and videos from our wedding in less than 24 hours!

My sister & I grew up obsessed with our parents' wedding video. We loved seeing & hearing the voices of family members past & present. Seeing the captured details you just don’t get in a typical wedding photography album. Feeling like we were there ourselves, even though we weren’t even born yet. So when my now husband & I sat down to start wedding planning, videography landed in our top five wedding priorities. After researching & watching (what felt like) hours & hours of wedding videos - we fell head over heels for Jim’s documentarian style. We found ourselves willfully watching one after another of Jim’s wedding videos & falling in love with these strangers' love stories. And that’s what we wanted - our story told. We are obsessed with the fact that Jim isn’t your everyday wedding photographer & videographer. And the 5-star reviews calling him, “a ninja.” (Which, by the way, we can confirm he is a ninja.) He has 20 years of worldly photojournalist experience, having been published in Time Magazine, Sports Illustrated, The New York Times & more. Jim is a filmmaker, a storyteller, an artist. Jim listens and respects his couples. From the day you hire Jim, he will ask you, “what is important to you.” For us, it was the people. We wanted someone who would capture more than just the two of us - but our whole village. And Jim did just that. His deliverables exceeded our expectations. We have a wedding film & photographs we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Hire him. It’ll be the best wedding decision you make.

5 stars all the way!!! I would give extra credit stars if I could. If you are looking for a great videographer with a great price, look no further. Sean is truly the best! Seriously, book him and don’t worry about the video, you can cross that off your list of things to do and know you are in good hands. I couldn’t be happier. I was so impressed with video I ended up tipping extra. The video turned out magical. My sister and I both hired Sean as our videographer; my sister’s wedding was 6 years ago and mine was a few months ago. We both love our videos and so do all our family and friends he is a pro. Sean is nice, professional, and gets the job done right. He has different packages to meet your needs/ budget and an organized contact to make you feel secure in your decision. I was not the easiest bride and had obstacles with my photographer. However, Sean was even able to take the lead by posing my husband and I to get some awesome photos and make the video turn out perfect, he even brings large lights to get everything to look perfect. My husband’s impression of Sean was, “what a great guy, and he definitely knows what he is doing” was his comments. Sean even provided a few songs for me to choose from to make the video as I imagined. So Glad I decided to spend the money to hire Sean (at one point I thought I wasn’t even going to have a videographer since my husband, and I got married so soon and we were trying to figure out budget) but now we have this amazing video to watch back on the most important day of our lives. Its incredible to show people that you meet after your wedding or people who didn’t get to attend, it makes them feel like they were their because Sean is able to capture all the magic. Sincerely, a very satisfied customer and now friend.
