Even though we absolutely loved having Joe & Melissa there on our wedding day, we waited to write a review for them until we received the final product to ensure we were giving a thorough review. We were excited by the trailer we received just short of two weeks after our wedding and couldn’t wait to see more. After receiving our final product we were absolutely impressed by HeartFelt Visual!!!
To give you a little backstory my husband and I had decided early on during the wedding planning process that even though we wanted a videographer we couldn’t make it work with our budget. Months later my husband actually found HeartFelt Visual on his own. They were way more affordable than anyone else we had looked at and he ended up booking them! He surprised me one evening about 3 months out from our wedding with a meeting with Joe & Melissa. They were super friendly in our meeting and I was very excited about having them as a vendor!
Joe & Melissa were a dream to work with!!! Before and after the wedding their communication was amazing, they kept us in the loop with updates and we were never left guessing. On our wedding day, they made us both so comfortable with the cameras, they cheered us on when a shot looked great, they helped us relax and enjoy the moments and they captured our day beautifully! I am truly blown away by our highlight video and have received so many compliments! It captured every beautiful moment of our day while staying true to us! Because of them my husband and I wrote letters to each other to read on the day of the wedding, which are now one of our favorite parts of our wedding day. The full day video that we also received in our package is amazing!!! It included uncut, raw, full videos of our letters to each other, opening our gifts from each other, my reveal to my bridesmaids, first look with my dad, our entire ceremony, Bridal party grand entrance into our reception, MOH BM and FOB Speeches, First Dance, FOB and MOG Dances, cake cutting and the bouquet and garter tosses! Seriously, its soo much footage! This was truly so special to me because when you are looking back on your wedding day it all feels like a blur but now, we are able to watch all of the important moments in full!
We couldn’t be happier with our decision to have Joe & Melissa as our videographers!!! And I am spreading the word to everyone we know that is looking because they were that good! We absolutely recommend HeartFelt Visual!!!

I just got married last month and I am so happy that I found Heartfelt Visual. Joe and Melissa are amazing, and we struck gold with having them as our videographer! I loved that they were very flexible with their packages and allowed us to make changes that worked with our very non-traditional wedding. Joe and Melissa were amazing since the beginning. We got their services as a wedding gift from one of our guests. We found out only a couple weeks before the wedding but we immediately arranged a time to meet, and they were just wonderful! They captured very special moments!
