Valliance is an events services company that serves Northern California with a focus in the Bay Area. Owner and Lead Planner Nicole Downing has professional experience planning a variety of events, such as high-end and DIY weddings. Teammate, Lorena Cordova, also has 10+ years of experience in a variety of events, including weddings. Add on the rest of the the Valliance members and you have yourself a quality team! Valliance will go above and beyond to turn all of your wedding-day dreams into a reality with their expertise and attention detail.

Services Offered

For 2020, we are accepting day-of/month-of coordination services only. Starting in 2021, we will be accepting full-service wedding planning.

So kind, professional, and considerate!

Nicole and her team are amazing. Their package is not only affordable, but comprehensive. They took care of everything we could think of, and did so with so much warmth and kindness! They were truly amazing and did a stellar job.

The tables were beautifully displayed and were representative of David's true tastes in life. The slide show was shown with captions on each slide that made the experience extremely personal and touching. Nicole organized the food in such a way that even though there were multiple selections, you could get to them all with ease. The displays overall were unique, elegant and truly personalized to the occasion. Nicole held a professional attitude and did not appear to exhibit any signs of stress throughout the entire event. The volume of people alone would have sent me running, I commend Nicole for her ability to remain calm and composed throughout. If you truly want to enjoy your event without the stress of setting it up, I HIGHLY recommend you utilize the services of Nicole Downing Events! They get an A+ in my book!

I had the great pleasure and opportunity to work with nicki!! I did hair and make up for a wedding her an I did together and she made the whole day extra special. She was calm, cool, and collected. She made sure the whole wedding party was on time and in the right places at the right time and took care of all the pressure that can come with weddings. I've worked many weddings in my time and she definitely knew what she was doing. The bride didn't even want her to leave because she was so comforting and was helping calm her nerves ( those type of people you just love to be around). She goes above and beyond! Nicole Downing is the best!!

My husband and I were referred to Nicole Downing Events by a co-worker and ended up hiring Nicole as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in September 2016. She proactively helped us think through everything we needed to consider during our initial meetings. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and she didn't miss a thing we discussed. All of our rentals and decorations were set up beautifully, as planned, in an outdoor park. We had about 200 people at our wedding and more than a dozen vendors. Nicole and her assistant were very pleasant to work with and incredibly professional and calm throughout the day. They both did a great job of following up with each of the vendors. Even after the event, Nicole made sure all of the vendors were happy and was very responsive when my family was trying to locate some of the wedding decorations. We would hire her again in a heartbeat for future events!
