Perfect location to spread out with great grounds (child's playground, picnic tables, fire pit, baseball field, wooded walks and lovely indoor historic center. Main room seats 80 comfortably with 2 additional "classrooms" for caterers, dressing, etc. Has one small kitchen that includes microwaves (2), stove and full-size refrigerator/freezer for all your needs. Can be fitted with rectangular tables that seat 6 (on site) or rented round tables. Also has a 16' x 32' tent available for an additional fee. Spectacular venue for the price.

We had our wedding reception at the Nichols on July 24, 2021 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The caretakers were wonderful to do business with, and the help and options they offered to make our day extra special was above and beyond our expectations! For a small (100 or less) wedding and/or reception I highly recommend this venue!

I had my wedding here August of 2013. It was perfect had about 115-125 or so guests. Lots of children and the playground on site was great for not only the kids but for adults too.
