Julie at Nett's was great. She worked with me to help keep to my small floral budget and I still had an absolutely beautiful bouquet.

Said they delivered when they didn't. When delivered 4 days later kept ringing door bell over and over. Attitude was as though they were annoyed.

They said they delivered the flowers to my home when cameras shown no such delivery. When they finally delivered the flowers 4 days after they said that did the man seemed very annoyed and not friendly at all. He kept ringing the door bell not giving me time to even get to the door. If you are delivering a get well bouquet then what would make you think they could get to the door immediately or to keep ringing the door bell would make them able to go any faster. Poor customer service. This was for a get well but I have to choose wedding to post review
