As our day-of-coordinator, Ness went above and beyond to help us shape and pull off the vision for our wedding. Ness provided us with guidance and suggestions throughout our planning process by emails, video calls, and a site visit. From the beginning, she also provided us with a really useful list of vendor suggestions, access to the tools on Aisle Planner, and was well organized. Leading up to the wedding, she made final coordinations with our vendors and patiently waited with us while we waited for the rental set-up (the truck had broken down). On the day of our wedding, Ness and her assistant were instrumental in making sure the day unfolded just as we planned, freeing us to just focus on our celebration and we are grateful to her for helping us to create such a magical day.

Ness was such a calm, level-headed, and experienced edition to our day. She has a very chill and laid-back approach to wedding coordinating, which was exactly what we were looking for. She was our day-of coordinator and that included 60 days of her planning services and communication, but we also got a few meetings with her early on to make sure we were on the right track with everything. Ness is the most wonderful person. She is super laid back and easy to get along with and is always so calm and composed. She really helped us stay balanced and grounded during the entire process.

We hired Ness as a full service planner and she helped us plan our wedding in less than 9 months which was a pretty incredible feat. My husband and I also had one of the busiest work and travel schedules we’ve ever had this past year, but Ness was super flexible and held late office hours so that we could schedule meetings with her at our convenience after work.

Ness also helped us assemble the most amazing team of vendors. We are very indecisive in general, so Ness helped us by listening to and understanding our vision and presenting us with a few options for each vendor category so that we weren’t overwhelmed with choices. Each vendor was so perfect for our vision so we really couldn’t have gone wrong with any decision we made. Ness also had great relationships with our vendors, and even if she hadn’t personally worked with one of our vendors before, she knew someone who had. And we were literally obsessed with every single person we worked with throughout the planning process, and then even more in love with them after they took such good care of us on our wedding weekend. We are so thankful for the team Ness assembled for us!

Because of Ness we actually enjoyed the wedding planning process. She did all the hard work and we just had to make the fun/creative design decisions! We also felt less guilty/worried about spending money because we trusted Ness and knew she was keeping us on track and on/under budget.

We loved working with Ness so much we also hired her to plan our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks the night before our wedding. So worth it. We was especially grateful for Ness because it poured the night before our wedding so everything had to be changed to Plan B. But we didn’t have to worry about anything because Ness spent the entire night and wedding morning coordinating with our vendors and venue to pivot all the plans seamlessly. Everything was so beautifully done and perfectly executed you would have never known that it wasn’t the original plan!!

Thanks to Ness we had the most perfectly planned and beautiful wedding weekend. Ness took care of everything and just told us where to be and when! We didn’t have to think about or stress over anything, we could just be present and enjoy every minute! That is priceless and is something we will be forever grateful for.

Ness is amazing!!! I was looking for a day-of coordinator to help with the last-minute vendor details for my wedding and Ness went above and beyond! I was very hands-on throughout the planning process and was SO happy to have such a thoughtful and professional coordinator. Ness was the lead planner for us when she was working for another planning company. She worked with us through a COVID postponement and our big planning changes. It really was so much easier because we had her on our side. I really appreciated how organized Ness was, and she made sure everything was executed as we had requested it on our wedding day.
