He was super professional and easy to work with in the chaos of the day. He worked really well with our photographer even though they had just met that day. Would absolutely recommend.

He did an amazing job on my wedding video!

I noticed he was not very responsive. Only time he responded was regarding the contract & payments. Then, I went to read his reviews and there were so many people talking about him essentially ghosting them for months! So I reached out four months before the wedding and let him know we no longer needed his services and asked for the refundable amount back. I knew I wasn’t getting the deposit back but I did want the other money back I had sent him. He agreed. I sent him a Venmo request and never heard back. I even had a lawyer draft a letter for small claims. I heard nothing back, and still to this day have not been refunded the money. Truly awful experience.

A really good friend of mine got married Dec 8, 2018 and we have yet to receive the video. She has tried numerous times and to no avail. He has ignored her and blocked her on all social media platforms. I just do not understand how you can take someone's money, actually do the event and never produce a video. Then lie about it and then cut communications altogether. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what she has been put through on what was supposed to be the happiest day of her life.

Chris never delivered what was discussed to my friend for her wedding. She tried to work with him to rectify the situation. He ignored her attempts to talk through phone and on Facebook. She begged for her raw footage and can’t even get that. It’s been 8 months and he has blocked her on every communication platform.

Chris Rogers never gave us our wedding video. Would not respond to emails , text messages , phone calls. He just took our money and ran. We are left with no choice but to seek legal action. Please beware of this company. Our wedding was April 21st , 2018.
