Great overall experience

We’d highly recommend Nelson Family Limo to anyone considering! We got a 26 passenger party bus for our wedding and are very pleased with our decision. They were easy to work with and responsive throughout the whole planning process. On the day of, the driver was punctual and friendly. Our wedding parties said they had a great time on the party bus. Very, very fairly priced!!!

Wonderful and very accommodating

Brian was so responsive and easy to work with. We had to adjust our plans a few times and he was more than accommodating. Our guests loved the party bus and Brian was so attentive to our needs. He even had a champagne toast ready for us as we all got back onto the bus. Highly recommend.

Brian went above and beyond!

To say planning a wedding is difficult is an understatement, but Brian certainly made the process much easier and exceeded our expectations! From the start, Brian was my point of contact and did an excellent job communicating with me to make sure everything went smoothly. We used the 26 passenger party bus and it really set the tone for the day! We all had a great time and Brian arrived on time to pick up and drop everyone off at the church and reception venue. He went above and beyond by setting up a champagne toast on the bus and was extremely flexible when photos took longer than expected at the church, causing us to go over our planned rental time. We are so grateful for Brian and his services on the day of our wedding and we cannot recommend him enough!

Highly recommended!

After having bad luck with the responsiveness from some larger companies for transportation for our wedding, I reached out to Nelson Family Limo. When we called, we spoke directly with the owner, Brian, who was extremely helpful and flexible in finding a schedule that worked for us. As we got closer, we got worried that we would not have enough time in the schedule and did not want to cut our times too close. Brian was extremely accommodating with with us and helped us work this out. That day, the groomsmen left to get ready at a seperate location, and I noticed Brian was parked down the street 30 minutes before our pickup time. He was early for every pickup and so helpful throughout the entire day. He was extremely friendly and helped us have a good time. The bus was spotless with plenty of room for all of our passengers and the features in the bus were easy to use.

I can't say enough positive things about him, and would highly recommend Nelson Family Limo for any event you may be planning. You will get service that you may not get with a larger company.

Professional& timely

Chris was an excellent driver for our wedding with Nelson Limo! He interacted with our family and friends throughout the night allowing for the dance party to continue even in the limo bus. He was professional, timely, and made sure everyone was comfortable during their ride. Thank you again Chris! :)

We used Nelson Family Limousine for our wedding this past weekend on 4/8/18. We planned a CT wedding from Long Island, which made it difficult to select vendors without being able to meet with them first. We picked Nelson Family Limo after reading reviews and our initial discussions with Brian - not to mention because of the unbeatable prices. Brian was very courteous and professional, he arrived promptly and the limo bus was spotless. The interior looked brand new and was very comfortable, the bridal party loved it! Brian was a great driver and we felt safe - would definitely recommend this company to others!

Brian from Nelson Family Limousine was a pleasure to work with. He was so accommodating and was patient with us changing the plan several times. The party bus we used was awesome and had all the bells and whistles! Including an aux cord and Bluetooth for jamming out on the ride! There was a champagne toast included after the ceremony and everything! We also used Nelson Family Limousine for a town car transport to the airport after our wedding which was very nice. Brian was kind enough to double back and return my husbands cell phone that he accidentally left behind in the car (whoops!). Friendly and professional! Thank you Brian!!

We were so lucky to find Brian at Nelson Family Limo for our wedding. We used the 26 passenger limo bus, which was new, very clean, and beautiful. Brian and I were in contact in the days before my wedding because our itinerary had slightly changed and he was super flexible and responsive to those changes. On the day of, Brian went out of his way to make sure everything was set, including installing my nephew's car seat in the back of the party bus. He truly went above and beyond. He is super personable, professional and just a great guy! He had a champagne toast ready for us after the church, which was a nice touch! My wedding party commented on how helpful he was- going out of his way to make sure all were comfortable and enjoying themselves. The sound system was very easy to use in the bus as well- we just plugged in different iphones for great entertainment to the reception.
My husband and I also used Brian for his car service to and from the airport for our honeymoon. He was even kind enough to bring us coffees when he picked us up in his beautiful, new car for our morning ride to the airport. We can't say enough about his service. We highly recommend Brian at Nelson Family Limo for all services!!!

I used Nelson Family Limo for a 26 passenger limo bus to transport the bride and bridal party to the church, as well as transport the entire wedding party from the church to our reception. Brian arrived promptly, knew the directions and itinerary ahead of time, and was very professional. Additionally his 26 passenger limo is very clean, and new, and easily had space for our wedding party. After the ceremony, he already had champagne glasses filled for our trip, and the AC blasting (which was great for our August wedding). Additionally at the end of the night, we had Brian provide town car pick up for just the bride and groom after our reception, and he graciously stayed late, as we spent extra time with friends and family. An added plus is with Nelson Family limo, you know who will be driving you on your wedding day ahead of time, rather than just talking to a dispatch service, where you have never talked to the driver until they arrive for your wedding. I would highly recommend Nelson Family Limo to anyone needing wedding day transportation.
