I don’t usually write reviews but this has been the worst experience. I needed pictures for my wedding invitations. Taking the actual pictures was fine, but I was told we would get 1 hour off coverage. We didn’t have our phones or anyway to check the time as we were getting the pictures taken, but Natalia said she was done and had enough pictures after 35 minutes and didn’t mention we still had time left. Then she told me she would have them ready on a Thursday or Friday after we had taken them and made me pay her that Friday in order for her to send them. She never sent them and wouldn’t respond back to me because she didn’t have “signal” since she was on vacation. Then when she finally did send me the link it was password protected and she didn’t give me the password. It was just a back-and-forth waste of time. She finally got me the pictures a week after she said she would have them ready and offered to refund me. She was supposed to give me 35 edited photos and I only got 26. She never refunded my money because she had an emergency and her card was blocked. You don’t need you card to be active for Venmo since it’s connected to your bank account. It’s just another excuse. How hard is it to send a link with pictures if they were already done? I don’t think they were ever done when she said they were.
