This husband-and-wife team values building trusting relationships with couples throughout each photography session. Their hope is that by the end of the process you will feel less like a client and more like a friend. Nadia and Gunnar have diverse backgrounds in fine art and documentary filmmaking, respectively, and fell in love through their shared love of taking pictures. They feel blessed to be able to pursue their passion together and capture all the big and small moments of your special occasion.

“Gunnar is the most mellow and intense person that i have ever met
(i know its contradicting, just like a starburst).
With a background in Journalism and documentary photography Gunnar decided to pursue wedding photography.
He grew up with a passion for the great outdoors. Whenever he has free time he can be found in the outdoors, he just packs his bag and goes.
He's an awesome swim coach (we met on the college swim team, he's not a bad swimmer himself). don't be fooled by his quiet demeanor he can crack a joke or two when you least expect it.
He has a dry humor and kindest heart.

“Nadia is the one of the most selfless and caring individuals that i have ever met, and quite the creative.
Influenced by the greats Alex Prager and Cindy Sherman she decided to pursue portraiture. it was portraiture that drew her to weddings.
If not behind the camera, Nadia can be found putting some paint to canvas creating some "heather brown" inspired works, practicing her calligraphy, or honing her cooking skills trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
She loves to travel and is always down for last minute camping trips.
