Absolutely wonderful service great price and our driver was super sweet and helpful

The service was extremely nice, professional, and on time. John's customer service is amazing. He actively tried to save me money, genuinely cared about my experience on my wedding day, and gave me tips about my venue! His prices are the best I found after lots of research and I will definitely call him again for future needs.

it's strange to say it but the limo service and driver were some of the best parts of our day. all of our vendors were amazing and the food was spectacular. no complaints about our wedding day which will be one to remember. which is why it is strange that i say the limo service was something we will never forget. we went through mystic limo and i had spoken to John at Mystic Limo several times just to discuss the pricing transportation and timings. He is one funny guy and great to talk to. Our driver was Andy who is one of the greatest guys I have ever met even though it was just for the one day we won't forget his service. Before he arrived at my bride to be's parent's house to pick her and her bridesmaids up he called and asked them if there was anything they wanted. Surely enough they asked for champagne. Andy got one of the most delicious champagnes we had ever tasted. He was dressed professionally and acted like a gentleman the entire time towards anyone he interacted with. The thing i loved is how great he treated my bride to be. he gave her words of encouragement and gave tips on how to walk with the dress in hand. would never had thought about it but he had a technique for my bride to get in and out of the limo. something we would have never thought about. he has her walk a foot away from the tires i guess because her dress can rub up against them and get dirt which was a genius move on his part. he was punctual and was able to upgrade our limo service to the airport to a large lincoln SUV. it was very comfortable and we had about a 3 hour drive ahead of us so he was great company the entire way. one thing as most wedding couples know is that you rarely get to eat at your own reception because you're busy with wedding guests and pictures that you never get to eat which happened to us. So needless to say we were pretty hungry. And without us saying or asking Andy pulled over into a rest stop on our way and we got food. we loved Andy!!!!!!!
