We loved My Sister's Barn as a wedding venue for our September wedding! We were able to get in on Friday afternoon to decorate and have our rehearsal dinner, which was delicious. Leading up to the event, Anne and Tom were great to work and communicate with, especially since we were setting up our wedding from out-of-state. They took care of mostly everything, and it was great to not have to worry about the catering, linens, and set up/clean up! The day of was great, the getting ready rooms were amazing, and the reception area was beautiful. One note is that it was VERY hot in the barn, but we were able to hang out on the porch by where the bar was set up. The food was phenomenal and by far the best wedding food (and bread!) ever! We were even able to get beer from our favorite brewery in the UP which was great! We hired a shuttle for guests to and from the hotel, just in case they wanted to drink, so they weren't driving on the backroads. Overall, was a great venue and we definitely recommend it to any couples looking for a venue with friendly folks and amazing food in the area!

We had our wedding here yesterday and I could not be happier with everything. Anne and Tom and their staff are so pleasant and made the day what it was - just fantastic. The venue is gorgeous and the food is some of the best food I’ve ever had hands down. They are super easy to work with and are just plain good people. You can tell they care about what they do. A thousand stars!!

I wish I could truly put into words how spectacular my husband and my experience was with My Sisters Barn! From the day we began talking with Tom and Anne about having our wedding there, they were extremely welcoming, helpful, and an absolute dream to work with. The beautiful work they have put into the barn is nothing short of spectacular and they should be commended for how hard they work. Every corner has something new to admire and impressed doesn't even begin to cover it. In addition, we have received so many comments about how amazing the food was and we absolutely have tough critics in our family. The BBQ style food was spectacular and our guests loved getting to speak to Tom about the smoking process he uses. Trust me that you will not regret having your wedding at My Sisters Barn.
