The staff at Mt. Hood Bed and Breakfast are nothing short of fantastic, we felt welcome and at home with them in their beautiful venue, and they were more than willing to help where it was needed. Plus it is drop dead gorgeous so what more can you ask for!? Thank you so much for the amazing day!

Booking Mount Hood Bed and Breakfast was the best decision of my wedding-- the location is without compare, and I loved working with Betheny and her family on using it as a canvas to create my a gorgeous, custom wedding there. The Rices were fantastic hosts and despite an unseasonably cold September evening, the big day went off without a hitch and exceeded all expectations. If you are looking for an intimate, one of a kind place in Oregon that truly feels magical, look no further. The only challenges I had were around the property's lack of flexibility (they are so popular they are booked often 3 nights in a row) such that we couldn't do a rehearsal, or set up early without paying fees. However, the B&B are 100% transparent about this going in to the process and in their contract, and for us, it was more than worth the mild inconvenience to get married under the grace of the mountain in this setting. The family was also very patient and helpful with coordinating things like pick up and drop off of supplies, which was particularly challenging since I am from out of town. Ultimately, they went above and beyond to help the weekend run smoothly for us. Pictures cannot do this place justice. Highly recommend!!

As we started to look for venues online I immediately came across the Mt. Hood BnB. I just loved it from the start on and put it down in my list of places to look at. We actually ended up looking at quiet a few places and they were all gorgeous, but when we saw the Mt. Hood BnB we knew it had to be there! It is simply a stunning venue! With Mt. Hood appearing like you can reach for it and their beautiful gardens that they take so good care off, it is perfect for any wedding!
Besides the amazing scenery and the very nice owners, the venue has a lot more going for it. If you compare it with other venues that might be the same price range or even a bit cheaper, I am so glad that I booked the Mt. Hood BnB. They have so many decorative items available that they get out for no charge! They very kids friendly and have changing tables as well as high chairs and swings! (I didn't come across any other venue like that.) All guests kept telling me throughout the evening what a nice place the venue was and how it is perfect for all ages! I kept hearing a few times from long married couples, that if they would get married again, this is how it should be. :) So nice to hear that.
Mike and Jackie and extremely friendly and accommodating people. They have always been very responsive and helpful. So was Betheny, their Day-of Coordinator.
Besides the venue, they include 3 adorable overnight rooms and an amazing breakfast! The honeymoon log home that one can rent in addition is very unique and perfect for the night after the wedding.
I would get over and over married at the Mt. Hood BnB and highly recommend it! :)

I can't say enough great things about Mt. Hood Bed and Breakfast. The grounds are stunning and perfectly maintained, the views of Mt. Hood and Mt. Adams are breathtaking, and I could not ask for better hosts than Jackie and Mike. Jackie and Mike are so proud of and enthusiastic about their bed and breakfast, and it shows at your wedding! All of my wedding guests were raving about how beautiful a place Mt. Hood Bed and Breakfast is. Really, aside from how beautiful it is, I really can't stress enough how calm Mike and Jackie made us feel throughout the process- they were extremely professional, willing to help and give advice, and it is thanks to them that our wedding at Mt. Hood Bed and Breakfast was so perfect. I highly recommend getting married at Mt. Hood Bed and Breakfast.

My husband and I wanted to elope but we wanted something more special than going to the courthouse. We started planning at the end of January for a June ceremony. I came across Mt. Hood B&B online and fell in love almost immediately. Their elopement package seemed like the perfect deal -- ceremony in front of Mt. Hood, cake, champagne, bouquet/boutonniere, overnight stay -- what more could we want? We booked as soon as we found out June 24 (a Friday) was available. When June 24 arrived, I was blown away by how gorgeous the property was. The view of Mt. Hood is just breathtaking and it made a stunning backdrop for our photos. Our ceremony started promptly at 6 PM and lasted only a few minutes. Jackie and her daughter did an excellent job with my bouquet -- it was very close to the inspiration pictures I had sent to her. The cake was also fantastic -- white cake, blueberry filling, and vanilla frosting. It tasted fresh and from scratch -- truly top notch. Jackie also did a great job with the tablescapes -- whether it was our cake table or breakfast (which was super yummy), she really knows how to set a gorgeous table. Our room was great -- the bed and pillows were comfy. My one and only criticism was the ceremony itself. After we had booked our date, I sent them a sample ceremony we liked, which included some references to God but was less religious than their standard script. They said we could use the sample I sent them. I should have followed up with Mike immediately before the ceremony because he ended up using their standard elopement ceremony, which was just a little too religious for us. In the end, it doesn't really matter though because my husband and I are married and that's what matters most. Overall, Mike and Jackie really put in the effort to make our day special and I can't thank them enough for it. I would definitely recommend. We will for sure be back.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The scenery and grounds are amazing and can fit a large number of people. Mike & Jackie are very friendly. The daughter, Betheny however, is not worth the price for her service of day of coordinator. She neglected to give the guests near the aisle the rose petals that i bought to toss when we walked back down the aisle. My bridal party and i felt like we were doing a lot of the planning and decision throughout the day instead. They aren't very accommadating with straying away from the rules. The men's cabin that was included upon sign of contract became unavailable midway. So a tent was set up in place of it and accommadation was provided 5 miles away. The main thing we liked upon signing was the accommadations on the grounds and the rustic cabin for the men, both were taken away. the cabin that we stayed in that night was cold, with a very weak heater that did nothing, and with a wood stove that only heated the 2ft vicinity around it. The bath experience went sour when the water quickly turned cold. I actually got sick the night of my wedding because of how cold the room was and spent the whole week after my wedding in bed sick which wasn't fun on my honeymoon. The morning breakfast was really good. Would've chose somewhere else had I known all of these elements.
