Located in Oregon City, Oregon, Springwater Lakes Estate (SLE) is a restored barn and farm venue that is perfect for weddings and other milestone events. Owners Joshua and Rebekah Grimm form a husband-and-wife team dedicated to helping you host your special day. From 2020, this rustic yet elegant venue welcomes couples looking to plan their wedding festivities.

Facilities and Capacity

This inviting venue barn is situated amid 16 verdant acres that include wooded areas and three lakes. Exquisite natural surroundings are gently blended with a charming country ambiance to provide a wonderful backdrop for your special day, whether outdoors or indoors. You may exchange your wedding vows at one of several ceremony sites, with woods and lakes in abundance. You and your loved ones can then enter the renovated wooden barn through 14-foot sliding wood doors to a warm country reception. The 3,800 square feet of this reception space features space for up to 175 guests and offers a flexible venue to help you realize your wedding vision. A propane fireplace will allow your guests to savor the sundown in comfort. An antique chandelier will glitter as you while the night away. The season for this venue stretches from May through October.

Services Offered

Wedding events that can be hosted at Springwater Lakes Estate include engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. Your site fee will include the use of tables and chairs along with on-site parking. Upon request, venue staff will assist with the planning, setup, and cleanup of your event. This venue features 20 round tables 60 inches in width, eight rectangular tables eight feet in length, and four rectangular tables six feet in length. Additional event rentals available include 175 fruitwood resin chairs, handcrafted wood wedding arch, wedding signage, five full-size barrels, centerpieces, decor, drapery, and lighting. On-site parking is abundant and includes designated spaces for vendors and close barn access parking for low-mobility guests. An ice machine is available for catering and bartending use, while alcoholic beverages can be served by a licensed and insured vendor. The owners will happily assist you with vendor recommendations and planning for your remarkable day.
