My hubby and I are obsessed with pictures and videos so when I found MSMIMAGE I knew I had to have them. They were the second thing I booked aside from our venue and honestly the best decision we made.

Michael and Melanie are such an amazing duo and you can truly see and feel their connection making it so comfortable and easy being around them.

On our wedding day, not once did they make me feel rushed but made sure we stuck to our timeline. We just received our wedding trailer and I have to say we are blown away. Our family and friends are obsessed and we all keep watching it (it’s soo good)
They are truly masters at their craft and I cannot wait to get all of our pictures and video. I HIGHLY recommend Michael and Melanie with MSMIMAGE! I will most definitely be calling them for all my photo and video needs from this day forward.

When we got engaged we knew right away who we would use for our wedding day photography. Mike and Melanie made us feel special from day one. Mike worked around our retail schedule to make sure that we could fit in a time to take our engagement photos. We took our engagement photos at our venue, which was great because I think Mike was able to get a feel for the vibe of our wedding day. We are not a very outdoorsy or rustic kind of couple. Mike nailed down the more modern, urban theme that we were going for! Our engagement photos were beautiful and worked great for save the dates and our wedding website.
Not only did our wedding day photos turn out to be more beautiful than we imagined, but Mike and Melanie made sure we got all those specific shots we wanted on our day! (I have to admit that I don’t think we even knew what we wanted! But they definitely delivered!)
Fair warning to all brides and grooms, your wedding day is bound to be rushed, nerve wrecking and a little chaotic! But taking photos and video with Mike and Melanie during our cocktail hour was surprisingly calm and we felt at ease posing for photos with them. Their time management was on point and we felt like we still had time to visit with guests which was so great!
The “teaser trailer” that Mike sent to us a couple days after the wedding was a huge hit! It was so fun sending the video to our friends and family to relive the day for a moment! Our guests were amazed at how professional and beautiful even that small clip turned out to be!
Mike and Melanie did such an amazing job on our photos. We are so happy that we put our trust in them to capture our big day! The photos speak for themselves and show just how talented the MSM Image team is!

My husband and I are absolutely in love with our engagement and wedding video. It captures many beautiful moments we can always relive just from watching it. Michael, is so talented and his work speaks for itself. We are incredibly pleased with our decision to have his services part of our wedding. Theres nothing much more I can say about Mikey & Melanie but amazing. We received our pictures and video today and they were nothing less than perfect. Being able to relive your wedding day thru photos and videos is amazing. They were not shy to say what they needed us to do or what they needed. These two are truly great at what they do. Mike & Melenie made my wedding day absolutely unforgettable. Me and my husband absolutely love our video and photos. We watch the video even after 6 months at least 2-3 times a month lol! They are very friendly, sweet, and comforting. OH, and extremely affordable. I had shopped for photo and video for 5 months straight and was completely caught off guard after seeing the quality of work they produce compared to their price point. If you're thinking about booking them...well stop thinking just do it! You won't be let down ;)

Michael was an absolute delight to work with! He captured every perfect moment in our wedding as we had hoped! His professionalism and punctuality was great, he arrived on time and was ready to capture shots of our guest and decor! If you have a vision, he will do everything in his power to bring it to life! Starting with the engagement photos.....they were good, Michael's comment then was the Groom didn't seem interested in having his picture taken. The Groom is shy, but once things got rolling, he was right in there having a great time.

On to the Wedding day....
No pictures of the dress, except up close of the top, the bed in the Hotel room was in the way. I took one with my phone and no one said anything about the bed.
No wedding ring photos, the Rings and shoes were taken for pictures, but none were produced. No pictures of the guest at their tables.
Video (3 whole minutes) was as if we were in fast forward. No video of the speeches by the Best Man or Maid of Honor.
I have tried several times to reach out via email to rectify the issue but I have not gotten any response. When Michael and my Daughter emailed, his response was, you should have gotten the next package up. The "most popular" package is $2000 (my Daughter paid more than that) and that seems to include what my daughter didn't get AND he said that "no one seemed interested in getting their pictures taken, everyone seemed to be in a rush." Not true, i had my daughters 91 year old Grandmothers pictures taken first so that I could get her inside to sit down. There were 22 in the wedding party and lots of family. The pictures that were taken, were nice.

When my daughter questioned him about all of this, Michael's comment was that if she wanted to get the other pictures and full video, she would have to pay.

The Photographer is the professional. His ideas should be relayed to the Bride and Groom. i.e. Bride with all the groomsmen, Groom with all the Bridesmaids. Wedding photos can not be done over. That is all they have of that day. I have asked that he send my daughter ALL the pictures and the WHOLE video, but since November 21, 2019, 2 separate emails....RADIO SILENCE. Now that is pure professionalism at its finest.

I would suggest you double check all the paperwork. Ask lots of questions. Make notes and have him (them) sign it. My daughter had everything written down and we still didn't get what we should have.
Hopefully he will send my daughter (Kaitlyn Richardson) everything (all pictures and full video). Then we will know he is a true professional. I do not like to write things like this, but I have tried and I felt this was the only other option.

This company does not communicate well. They are not on your side and they do not include what they promise. Your wedding is too important. Do not book! I canceled and I am losing $500 for it!
