After our first meeting, she sent over a music planning spreadsheet that was so helpful for thinking about and keeping track of all our music choices for the ceremony and reception. I am somewhat picky about music and had a bunch of specific songs I wanted to play on the dance floor, and she was so receptive to that and truly nailed it! I really wanted an epic dance party for my wedding and she delivered-- the dance floor was on fire and we had SO MUCH FUN!!! She also did a great job MC'ing throughout the whole event, and brought fun lights for the dance floor. Would highly recommend Mr. D DJ Services!!

Our guests all said that this was the most fun they’d had at a wedding thanks to Dennis and Kandy! There was never a dull moment and everyone had such a great time. We gave them a challenge by requesting Indian music, but they did such a great job blending cultures! My feet hurt the next day from non-stop dancing! Kandy and Dennis were extremely accommodated. The Groom and I were flexible with what we wanted played, we just wanted the Dj's to do their thing and they nailed it! Kandy is truly amazing. She creates an excel sheet for you to add songs etc. She sits down with you to get little details and she nails it at MC'ing the event. Such an awesome couple.

Kandy was such a treat to work with. She always responded to any questions I had quickly and made the whole planning process a breeze. They use a Google Docs workbook so that you can easily organize all songs you do or do not want for every aspect of your wedding. It was so easy to use and I got to play around with it adding songs I thought of throughout the whole wedding planning process. Once the wedding day came I was confident that Kandy would do an amazing job, and boy was I right! The ceremony music was executed perfectly and the reception music was a smash! There wasn’t a single point in the night that the dance floor wasn’t full of guests dancing. It was so much fun to get to dance the night away with all of my friends and family. Thank you Kandy for being the best DJ.

Kandy and Dennis made our wedding unforgettable. Every minute of time spent planning was easy and fun!! They really outdid them selfs, my husband and I really are not sure how to put it in words. All of our vendors were great, but Mr. D Dj Services was our favorite. They were personal, amazing to work with, organized, and such kind people. We are forever grateful to have had them officiate and DJ our wedding!

What an absolute joy it was to deal with Kandy!!! She was above and beyond what we expected with both pricing and professionalism. When selecting a DJ, you need to keep in mind that they are the Master of the Ceremony/Reception. If they are not organized, informed and on top of things, it will show. Our destination wedding was a huge success thanks to their exceptional attention to detail. We had a wide variety of ages with different tastes in music. The music spreadsheet that they provided and we personalized, allowed everyone in attendance to enjoy the music selections and dance the night away. Our wedding and reception were at a private residence in Incline Village. The wedding ceremony took place in the downstairs wooded garden area and the reception took place upstairs on the 1000 sq. ft deck. Kandy and Dennis provided the wireless sound equipment in order to have the processional and recessional music played at the ceremony, which worked out perfectly. Kandy also was our wedding officiant. Even though we lived miles away, she took the time necessary to get to know us. The ceremony format was precisely what we had in mind. We highly recommend their services and if we had the chance to do it all over again, we would definitely use them again.

Our wedding in Incline Village at Aspen Grove was an absolutely beautiful, amazing event. Our family and friends had a blast, and we couldn't believe how lucky we were. We know this was the case because of Mr. D and Kandy as our DJ and MC!! They are the absolute best. They are so much fun to work with. From the beginning, Kandy went above and beyond her call of duty and helped us learn a ton about wedding details we didn't know before. She was incredibly organized and so easy to work with. Her response time was QUICK! Where our coordinator lacked, she came through tenfold! Mr. D was SO MUCH FUN and played some amazing music and played everything we had requested he play. The sound quality was phenomenal. We couldn't have been luckier. It went soo smoothly because of these two. You would be hard pressed to find a better DJ and MC for your wedding!
