Hello, My name is Mike Porter.

Most people just call me Porter. I am the owner of MPorter Photography. I never knew I was going to get into something like this. It all started when my wife and I decided to start a family.

We knew that we wanted to capture all the memories. Me being me had to try and figure out everything there was to using the camera to full potential. Between that and love of the outdoors I began to show others some of images, the moments I captured.

I'm not sure if I liked the image or the responses I got more. From there it has become as my wife would say a habit and not a hobby. I am always looking for those moments and how I can capture them.
