We recently had Motor City as our vendor for our wedding day. Throughout our entire planning process, they were great to work with! Mike and I had multiple conversations due to COVID and he was always pleasant and answered any and all questions I had. They were great with the details of who, what, when, and where. Our buss arrived stocked with pop, champagne, ice, cups, and snacks! We loved our driver (Connie I believe). Our bus was clean, sanitized, and we loved the captain chairs rather than 2 long benches!

We highly recommend them to anyone and thank you for the great service!

The price was fair and the luxury party bus was beautiful.
The reservation process was easy and I felt the best experience I had compared to other companies I contacted.

This was an excellent company to use for my daughters wedding day transportation. Their customer service was excellent. The bus was very impressive, very clean and roomy. It was even stocked with champagne for the wedding party. Our driver was Ken he was very polite, professional and a lot of fun. He went out of his way to make it a great experience for my daughter and son in law. I will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them.

We hired this company prior to Covid for my daughter's wedding. The wedding was rescheduled for a year later. The company did not inform me that they no longer had the larger vehicle we had reserved for the wedding. We needed to make two trip to accommodate our guests on the way to the ceremony, so that many needed to arrive quite early. On the return trip, the driver was extremely rude to my guests and the wedding coordinator, and I was told insulted me as well. She refused to leave the venue until the bus was full, however if she didn't leave when asked, she would not be able to be back in time for the next group. Due to limited space, myself, the bride and groom and some of the wedding party were unable to take the limo back to the hotel, having friends drive us back. Very disappointing!

I am sad to write this review. I had such high hopes for this service. Mike was great prior to our event and with rescheduling due to COVID...which is the only reason I give this two stars.

It was very difficult to get in touch with Mike once we booked. Day of my wedding I got a 16 person bus when I paid for a 22 person. It was a concern because we had exactly 22 people that was supposed to be on the bus. I called Mike and he told me that I was wrong and basically within the changes from COVID he thought that I wanted to move down. He had nothing else available that day to switch out so I am assuming he rented out the 22 person and bumped me down. People had to stand, it was cramped, some people were unable to come on the bus and it was honestly slightly miserable.

I am sure it was an honest mistake but telling a customer wrong on their wedding was a shock. Especially since I was looking at our contract while we were on the phone. It is now almost 3 weeks since my wedding and every time me or my husband give him a call he either does not answer or is too busy. Last conversation was last week and was expected to hear back by Saturday. I figured since it was personal I want to be reasonable and give him until at least Monday to follow up. Still no reply from my last email to schedule a time to discuss.

In all honesty, telling a customer that they are wrong is not the best way to go and it seems like he is ignoring talking to us so he does not have to refund us. I would not be as upset if he would have settled this in a timely manner or was not rude on my wedding. Very disappointed.

I would rate this company 0 stars if that was an option. I caution anyone from doing business with this company. We had to reschedule our party bus rental for a year in the future from our original date because of COVID. As circumstances would have it, we no longer needed the party bus service and asked for a refund.

This company makes you pay for your rental in full prior to the date. We cancelled our plans for the rental almost a year in advance. They stated they would send us a refund and never did. They now have been dodging our calls completely. We have been attempting to contact them for months. We have received no refund and no call back.

Quite simply, this is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Don’t waste your money here, you’ll never get it back.
