Moose Creek Ranch is one of the most gorgeous places I have ever been to.

Tony, Jess, and Sophie were the main employees from the venue we worked with, and they were all beyond helpful and accommodating. My husband and I were planning our wedding from Houston, Texas and we had a lot of anxiety about making everything go smoothy. The amazing team at MCR took all that anxiety away and were very helpful from start to finish. I used a lot of information from their website and transferred it to our wedding website which was very helpful for all of our out-of-town guests.

I don't even know how to describe how perfect our wedding was and that is due in large part to MCR. We booked the Ranch House for a group of our out-of-town guests, as well as the Rendezvous Cabins 1 & 2. Our ceremony and reception were both held at MCR. I highly recommend having everything for your big day held at MCR.

It was so nice to have most of our guests on site so on the day of the wedding all our people were right there, and it eliminated the worry of travel/timeliness of guest arrivals (plus, extra drinks at the reception knowing nobody was driving...can I get a Halleluiah?)

Jess and Sophie were soooo helpful in providing our vendors everything they needed, and they both worked tirelessly to make every detail perfect. When my husband and I showed up WAY before check-in time (we may have been a little excited and read our contract wrong) they were so sweet in getting the rooms turned over and ready for us ASAP. Their willingness to go above and beyond made our day one we will never forget.

One of my favorite things about the ranch were the animals. We had to leave our pups in Houston, and it is one of the only things I would have changed about our wedding day (MCR allows dogs, but it would have been difficult to safely transport our pets to and from). HOWEVER, the ranch has two dogs Yeti and Penny, and they are the sweetest babies ever. Even though my dogs weren’t there it helped an anxious gal like me to have such sweet fur babies around. Everybody wanted to take Penny home.

We are already planning a return trip to MCR for next year to enjoy the gorgeous scenery. All of our guests want to go back and spend more time there in the future.

If you are planning a wedding in the Jackson Hole area this is your venue. I'm telling you will not regret it.

We recently hosted our 100 person wedding at Moose Creek Ranch, and it was a huge success! The venue was perfect for our guests. Having accommodations and events on the same property was definitely the right route for us. We had a few small hiccups with the venue (some construction happening on-site), but the owner was able to remedy quickly. The staff were amazing. They were attentive, personable and did everything they could to help us pull the event off. I would do this all over in a heartbeat and would definitely choose Moose Creek again.

We planned a last minute elopement and we are SO happy that we picked Moose Creek Ranch! The location was beautiful and we loved how welcome Jeanette made us feel. We stayed in the Rendezvous cabin and absolutely loved it- it was very clean and tastefully decorated. We can only imagine how awesome it would be to have a summer wedding there with all there is to do in the surrounding area. We would recommend Moose Creek over and over!

Jeanette and her staff at Moose Creek Ranch have created the most breathtakingly beautiful, relaxed and rustic outdoor wedding venue and experience. The ranch is set in a Teton range valley, with a peaceful stream flowing through it and is immaculately manicured year round. Jeanette really impressed us with her attention to detail, flare for decorating, and laid back attitude while accommodating all of our endless questions and requests for the day of and events leading up to our wedding. Jeanette and her staff were able to help us coordinate a rehearsal dinner, picnic the day before, wedding (complete with setup and take down), and farewell brunch. She made us feel welcome to take over the ranch and make it our own for the full weekend. She ensured that our big day ran as smoothly as possible, that we had everything we needed and went out of her way so that we and our guests could enjoy the wedding of our dreams! It is no surprise that they have been featured in several wedding magazines and is a very popular venue. We loved that our guests could stay on site and were equally impressed with the variety of accommodations. They have several different locations on the property to hold the ceremony and reception that are available depending on size and personal preference, both indoor and out. Lastly our favorite feature was the barn; it is a quintessential, formerly working barn, now decorated in classic western flare, perfect for dancing and late evening festivities! If Moose Creek Ranch has the feel you are looking for, book early! You will be even more blown away at the time of your event than you could have possibly imagined, a dream wedding come true, thanks to Jeanette and her team!

Thank you to Jeanette at Moose Creek. This is a beautiful venue that housed all of the bridal party and families. Getting married among the mountains near Jackson Hole created the best destination. Everyone had a great time dining outside and dancing in the barn. The ceremony in the meadow under the arch with the creek nearby was a piece of heaven,

As soon as we stepped foot on the ranch, we knew this would be the place we would get married. Jeanette, the site coordinator, was very accommodating and helpful. She even offered up several onsite rentals at a very reasonable price to save me the time of searching for décor in the area. Our family was able to stay onsite, which was a perk to have them all so close. Our ceremony was held by a small creek outside under a beautiful arbor arch and a backdrop of western trees. The main lodge patio perfectly housed our laid-back cocktail hour and we moved to the lawn for our dinner under the trees with an intimate ambience set by the lights strung between them. They also had onsite lawn games for our guests to enjoy. We moved into the barn for the dancing part of our evening. Moose Creek has created a hardwood dancefloor in the center and provided picnic tables and hay bales along the outside of the building for seating. The high rafter ceilings allowed for some great hanging décor and the sunset over the valley from this location gave us an amazing photo backdrop.

Tips for booking - Moose Creek is a venue. They do not have catering and liquor service onsite. This was actually a positive for us, as we were able to find our own preferred local Victor caterer, who also provided the bartender service for the evening. We were also able to provide our own beer, liquor and wine for the bar. This was cost effective for us, especially because other venues that don't allow this mark up the cost of these and your bar bill can escalate quickly. We highly recommend Moose Creek and will be back for an anniversary in the near future!
