Facilities and Capacity
Moonlight Ballroom & Conference Center offers couples a beautiful, recently renovated event venue and reception hall that services weddings as small as 25 and as large as 250. Indoor and outdoor spaces are available, and all areas of the venue are wheelchair accessible.
Services Offered
Moonlight Ballroom & Conference Center offers three standard packages that are always customized to meet the particular needs of your wedding event. The staff are happy to work with you to secure the best music, entertainment, decor, dinner, and desserts available within your budget. All packages include at least six hours of service, seating for up to 250 people, Chiavari chairs and tables, linens, a bridal suite and bridal emergency basket, unlimited fountain drinks, bar server, on-site security, parking, and set-up and clean-up service. Glassware, china, and flatware are also included. Aisle runners, altars, arches, centerpieces, dance floors, and drapery are available to rent if desired. Higher-tiered packages include a DJ with full audio and lights, a photographer, hair and makeup service, a state-of-the-art photo booth, additional decor, full-service bartending and catering staff, and an event coordinator to keep your wedding stress-free and running smoothly. Additional services available a la carte include:

Cuisine
Moonlight Ballroom & Conference Center offers dinners that are served buffet or plated, depending on your selected package. Bar service packages always include bartenders, a champagne toast, access to house wine, and a signature drink. Open and limited bar options are available, and select wedding packages feature additional kegs of beer and margaritas. The chef staff is happy to design and create your wedding cake, and the cake-cutting service is always included in your package. Other dessert options and chocolate fountains are available upon request.

Fantastic venue
Moonlight Ballroom
The hall is beautiful and the decor is over the top elegant. Anything you want they can make it happen.
The food was great, cake, fruit bar. Everything Moonlight Ballroom offers was excellent on our wedding day.
My wedding was beautiful and we received so many compliments about how great everything was. I was in tears when I walked in and saw how beautiful everything looked!! Our friends and family are still talking about our wedding and the great time they had.

Minimal Stress Wedding Planning
When I was searching for venues, so many places were nickel and diming requiring minimum spending and still needing to find my own vendors in addition to the minimum requirement for the venue. Moonlight ballroom takes care of EVERYTHING in a package deal with different pricing for different budgets! We signed up the same day we toured!
I threw Issac for a loop when I decided to change the location of the wedding for my dream outdoor wedding, but as accommodating as he is, Issac agreed to still be my wedding planner even outside of his own venue (and even helped me pick the new location). I shared my Pinterest ideas with him and Marisa and got exactly what I asked for!
My wedding had been postponed three times due to the pandemic and Issac and his team kept my stress at bay and made sure we were able to move our dates with little pushback from the new venue. We were able to safely celebrate after the vaccine had been widely distributed.
Issac really works to make your dream wedding happen and walks you through realistic solutions and alternatives to get you as close as possible if the budget is a constraint. He never says "no" he says "let me see what we can do". It's rare to find someone in this business who isn't only motivated by money. As much as Moonlight ballroom is a business, Issac truely wants the best for his couples.
I will always recommend Moonlight ballroom to everyone! Issac and his team took the brunt of my stress with wedding planning and logistics so that I could just show up and enjoy my wedding. Best of all my wedding was exactly how I imagined it :)
