Issac and Marisa are the best! We've overcome so many hurdles to get my wedding together.

When I was searching for venues, so many places were nickel and diming requiring minimum spending and still needing to find my own vendors in addition to the minimum requirement for the venue. Moonlight ballroom takes care of EVERYTHING in a package deal with different pricing for different budgets! We signed up the same day we toured!

I threw Issac for a loop when I decided to change the location of the wedding for my dream outdoor wedding, but as accommodating as he is, Issac agreed to still be my wedding planner even outside of his own venue (and even helped me pick the new location). I shared my Pinterest ideas with him and Marisa and got exactly what I asked for!

My wedding had been postponed three times due to the pandemic and Issac and his team kept my stress at bay and made sure we were able to move our dates with little pushback from the new venue. We were able to safely celebrate after the vaccine had been widely distributed.

Issac really works to make your dream wedding happen and walks you through realistic solutions and alternatives to get you as close as possible if the budget is a constraint. He never says "no" he says "let me see what we can do". It's rare to find someone in this business who isn't only motivated by money. As much as Moonlight ballroom is a business, Issac truely wants the best for his couples.

I will always recommend Moonlight ballroom to everyone! Issac and his team took the brunt of my stress with wedding planning and logistics so that I could just show up and enjoy my wedding. Best of all my wedding was exactly how I imagined it :)

This all inclusive venue is amazing! If I could give it more stars I definitely would. Isaac and his team helped make our wedding reception a dream come true! We didn’t stress and he helped with suggestions and ideas when we couldn’t decide on something. Everything ran smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. All I can say is PERFECTION!!! Issac and Melissa were amazing and so welcoming from the first meeting!!! Avaliable day or night for any questions we had. When our day came we could not have asked for a better and more perfect day! All accommodations from venue rental, DJ, catering, photography, bar tending and more All amazing! Amazing and outstanding service! Our wedding day went by smooth and wonderful. Issac and Marisa were the best at coordinating our special day and helping my pink vision come true. We got their package that included photo booth, DJ, catering (sit down dinner), invitations, and alcohol, cake, limo and even linens.

Anthony our DJ was terrific. Our guests had so much fun, loved the food and whole experience.

This is truly a one-stop shop! Although we got our other services elsewhere they do offer makeup and hair and photography and flowers as well.

We are so grateful and were extremely impressed with the whole experience. Issac truly has an outstanding team. I was very disappointed in the wedding and groom cake. If I could go back in time I would order from someone else or made sure that the cake lady and I were on the same page instead of trusting her judgment. This is no way is a reflection on Issac and his team.

He was outstanding and truly was there from the beginning until the end. Him and his team made sure we were on the same page with everything. He made us feel like family and I hope in the future we get to work with him, again!

Venue was perfect for our wedding! Isaac (the owner) really took care of us! Great deal for basically an all-inclusive wedding! The inside is new and modern! Would have another event there again!

I highly recommend this ballroom if you are having an event coming up the packages are all on point for your needs and guest needs as well as coming fully decorated. Moonlight Ballroom exceeded our expectations!

Our wedding was on July 30th, 2016. I remember everyone asking me how the planning was going and if I had turned into a bridezilla yet, and I would always say: Moonlight Ballroom does everything, I don't have to worry about a thing, and when I say everything I mean everything, from the cake to the wonderful and best DJ in the world!

This DJ was amazing. My family is from Venezuela and he read the crowd and knew exactly what to play to keep us on the dance floor. He also took into consideration that my husband's family is from Texas. So he managed very well the mix of cultures and music...and really, music is very important in a party.

The food was incredible! The food catering staff was extremely nice and patient with us, they gave us the best choices of food. It wasn't easy to decide. They also made an exception and made a special plate for my mom since she doesn't eat chicken.

The place was perfect ... And Isaac was the most professional and friendly person you can imagine. I would trust him with any event. He was there for us always, guided us through the whole process and took care of everything for us.

On the day of the wedding more people than anticipated showed up... But Isaac was ready and took care of the seating arrangement quickly. He really made us feel like family and I recommend this place to anyone thinking about doing any event. They are flexible and work with you to make your day perfect. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome Venue!! The whole team did an outstanding job. From the initial tour to the actual ceremony and reception, it was flawless. Food was delicious, the cake exceeded our expectations. Best bang for your buck. I was doubtful like everyone else, but was astonished at the end as to how impeccable they executed!!

The entire staff at Moonlight Ballroom were fantastic! They took care everything from the decor to the cake, the awesome Dj and event the planning for our daughters Quince, it was a very stress free experience! Thank you everyone at Moonlight, we LOVED it!!

My experience wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. When we first booked this venue it was well over a year before the wedding. We were promised that we would start the tastings, deco, and pretty much the rest of the planning 3 months before the date. When I started calling at the 3 month mark because no one reached out to me they started saying that they now only do these things 30 days before. I didn’t want to do these things 30 days before because I also had things with my church that had to be done within that 30 day mark, we also had a new baby, work, and school to juggle on top of all that. We had no choice but to squeeze these things in with our already hectic schedule. After all the meetings we had they still did whatever they wanted on the day of. I didn’t get the itinerary until less than 24 hours before my event and that caused me to overlook the fact that we were missing something we had discussed in the initial meeting because I was stressing about other things that needed to be done. We met with the DJ Anthony 3 weeks before the event and I even printed out and gave him the intake form that he sent to me (I FILLED IT OUT) but 6 hours before my event he’s emailing me asking about the generes of music I don’t want played and which ones I do, all this while I’m about to walk down the aisle at the church. I was annoyed because his response to me was that he didn’t receive the intake form from me which a copy was handed to him. Then he says the DJ will just play to the crowd. I specifically asked for all generes to be played but all night what we mostly got was tejano. I am more of a country lover and there were only a few songs played that were country (this was filled out on the form given). We also met with the cake lady which her cakes were awesome but it wasn’t the image we planned out and the sketch she sent us to confirm. Then at a point I felt mislead. Isaac had told me if I went to the salon to get my hair and makeup done instead of them sending someone to me that they would also do my nails too. The salon was 30 min away from me so I would be wasting an hour back and forth just to get an extra service I had planned to pay for on my own (nails). I get to the salon to find out that doing nails to them is just painting them with gel polish and no acrylic (they looked horrible at the end of the appointment). I literally had a breakdown in the parking lot and my husband calmed me down and rushed me to my regular nail salon as we were short on time due to the rehearsal at the church. I had to not only pay for my set but also to take the crap they put on my nails off. This salon also did my hair which I showed the hair dresser what I wanted (waterfall braid and updo messy bun) and she said she could do it. She does my hair and then at the end she says that she couldn’t do it exactly like the pic but she did something similar. She did say if I didn’t like she could try something else which I didn’t have time for because by the time she was done I only had an hour to go home, get my dress, and be at the church. I think that everything came out nice to a spectator because they didn’t know about the little details that went wrong and that we noticed were supposed to be there. I think i would have been less stressed just paying for all my vendors individually and doing the planning myself. This place wasn’t worth the $14,800 we spent and the stress that came along with the day and the ones leading up to it.
