We hired MN Party Bus for transportation on our wedding day. The owners were easy to get ahold of and promptly responded to all of my calls. Our driver, Tim, was excellent! He was very flexible with the craziness of our day. It was pouring rain, and Tim did his best to get us as close to shelter to get on and off the bus without getting drenched. I would gladly hire this company again for group transportation.

MN Party Bus started out great. Quick responses, and worked with my budget due to an initial miscommunication on their party. I confirmed with them time of arrival, as did my day of coordinator. We both confirmed the SAME time. The day of the wedding they called 30 min. before the ceremony to say the would be late. They were supposed to arrive between 4:30 & 4:45pm. They were 45 min. late, arriving to pick up my wedding party at 5:15. The driver was RUDE. He sat in the parking lot with everyone on the bus yapping about payment, which we paid via CC DAYS prior to our wedding. We asked him to get moving and he sat there for another 5 min. When he finally started towards our reception location, he went the wrong way. We had to yell directions at him, making us even MORE late to our cocktail hour. It was a 20 min. drive with NO stops in between, and he had the location prior to our wedding day.
The late pick up messed up a lot of our timeline and things we had planned. We were told we were to tip 20%. We did initially, but after the crumby service we took money out of his tip envelope. When i got home from our honeymoon I noticed an additional $30 charged by MN Party Bus to my CC. They took the liberty of charging my CC the money we did not tip the driver., without talking to us or asking us if they could do so. Do not book them for your wedding, or any special occasion where punctuality is a must.
