Super easy to book and coordinate the schedule! The driver was incredibly nice and everything went smoothly, I would definitely recommend this service to other brides in the twin cities!

Imagine our surprised and vast disappointment when the SILVER ROLLS ROYCE we were expecting turned out to be a BLACK PACKARD.
I refused did my research and was ecstatic to book the Silver Rolls-Royce for our daughter’s wedding day.
The photos also show a stunning over the top Rolls-Royce, which was what we were expecting and for the money honestly, it is what I expected to be in my driveway.
I cannot undo the feeling of disappointment for all involved as it was not what we had expected. From myself, our daughter, my husband the photographer the expectations were high. I regret not asking for detailed photos prior to booking.
If we are going to talk about truth and advertising, let’s not post photos of a vehicle that you have no intention of arriving in.
My thoughts and pocketbook may have been a far less enthusiastic had I known we were booking a Packard rather than a Rolls-Royce.
Rob was wonderful to work with; I just regret our huge disappointment in our behalf.

Wrapping up our wedding event on July 1st when someone asked, "where is your ride?" Already 15 minutes late, we gave Rob a call. His response, "Sorry, I forgot". My bride and I had to hop in a van! Good times!!
