We hired Erick to DJ/MC our wedding in October at Log Haven, and he did a great job! He provided the sound for our ceremony and then MC'd our reception. He was particularly great at keeping things moving; we had a lot of "activities" during our reception (a game, speeches, dancing), and he paced everything well. He also was a fantastic DJ and created a fun mash-up of some of our favorite songs at the start of dancing, to get everybody moving. He understood the vibe we were going for and was able to curate that well. Lastly, I was very touched and impressed when Erick offered to attend our planning meeting with Log Haven, to make sure we felt comfortable and to further understand what we were looking for.

Erick is absolutely amazing!! The music at our wedding was better than we could have imagined!! We got married on 5/31/25 at the Red Earth Venue in Moab, UT. Erick made the event so special and took the time to really get to know our taste in music! It was so important to us to have the dance floor packed the entire night! Our friends and family danced on the patio all night! They even started chanting for an encore after Erick played the last song! If you are looking for someone to keep your dance floor packed all night look no further than Erick! So many of our guests have said that he played the best wedding music they had ever heard and they loved his mixes! We danced the night away and could not recommend Erick more! He even added a photo of us to his DJ booth, which was an extra special touch! In addition to an amazing night of music, Erick is so willing to help throughout the entire planning process!

Erick knocked it out of the park which completed our fantastic day. Absolutely on point. I couldn't praise Erick enough to the wedding venue planners that recommended Erick. I highly recommend to choose Erick from start to finish. His simple program to choose and upload your songs was amazingly easy to make it very enjoyable.
One thing I know from experience at weddings is if no one talks about the DJ its because he nailed it. The referee of the night and just like sports if everyones talking about the referee he did a bad job but we all definitely appreciate and notice what a solid and professional job that was done.
Well done my friend very grateful we chose you and you and how easy you made everything for us. Everything we asked or requested on the day you just did it. That was refreshing.

Erick was AMAZING throughout the entire process! He listened to what we wanted and remembered everything from our first conversation! He worked with our venue to make the whole night go smoothly and was on top of everything. Erick responded so quickly throughout the entire planning process, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend him!

Erick was the highlight of our wedding and we keep hearing from guests about how wonderful and talented he is. He helped us throw the best celebration and we can't help but feel an immense amount of gratitude for having had the opportunity to work with him. Erick not only alleviated our wedding planning process but made it a fun experience and something we truly enjoyed. Erick was THE BEST DJ. Starting with planning, Erick agreed to travel from Utah, drive 5 hours to Jackson Hole, WY. He was very responsive through the whole planning process, with a couple calls and several emails to go through what we wanted. He also uses an app that helps with the planning for everything you can want, written down. A few days before the wedding, we went through all of our decisions and plans on another call. Of all of our vendors, we trusted Erick the most in that he would for sure provide an excellent service. He is upbeat, fun, and extremely personable. The mother of the bride absolutely loved him and he made her feel comfortable for her speech. The music and mixing was exactly what we wanted and had talked about with Erick, and the dance floor was full the whole night! We cannot thank Erick enough!

Erick was recommended to us by our wedding planner, who vouched that Erick was so great that she uses him for her personal events. As soon as I talked with Erick I knew he would be who we would trust with our entertainment for our wedding. He was so personable, and I knew I wouldn't need to worry about the awkwardness that can sometimes happen with wedding MCing. His good nature shined through and that was the case on the day of our wedding! He asked questions (and had an excellent app) that helped me to illustrate how I envisioned the day--this was super helpful as I had no idea what I was doing or what went into the entertainment behind the scenes. I also am not super traditional and wanted to know about alternatives for the father-daughter dances that felt more organic. Erick went above and beyond to come up with multiple options and even sought out other vendors to brainstorm ideas with. Lastly, I was in graduate school and working full-time while planning my wedding, so I was admittedly overwhelmed with decisions...Erick was flexible and gracious with us, to the point where we said, "We like Biggie, Mo-town, and Carly Simon" and he made a cohesive and personalized playlist that felt like us, our guests loved, and was a perfect sound for our ceremony and reception. I HIGHLY recommend Erick!

Magnificent! Erick is the Best! He is warm, professional, and Fun! His music app is the way to go to pick your own songs. I can’t imagine that there is a better DJ.

If you read nothing else, know that Erick was the best part of our reception! He made everything so easy and created the environment we were looking for! You won't find a better DJ out there!
Erick coordinated with us from the beginning and checked in on us periodically just to see how we are doing and volunteering to help with the planning. He made everything very easy for us by helping us work through a timeline and choose songs when we needed help. There was no stress thanks to his planning far ahead of the reception, he also had a great app that allowed us to invite friends to suggest music, and plan specific songs for the important events of the night. The night of the reception he was there early, got everything set up on time and then just made the night really fun, he had great songs that allowed us to have the mood we wanted at the reception, he made sure things went according to the plan we had, and just made it a wonderful night. He brought up cool traditions about the cake cutting and the bouquet toss that made it more interesting and fun for our guests and then helped them dance the night away. Another thing we loved is that he wasn't promoting himself during the reception, he was focused on making it a great night for us. Our reception was a success in large part due to Erick, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ and emcee for their wedding, we can't say how grateful we are for him! He became a friend of ours through the experience of working with him! 10/10, 5 stars, 100% Go with Erick!
