We hired Erick to DJ/MC our wedding in October at Log Haven, and he did a great job! He provided the sound for our ceremony and then MC'd our reception. He was particularly great at keeping things moving; we had a lot of "activities" during our reception (a game, speeches, dancing), and he paced everything well. He also was a fantastic DJ and created a fun mash-up of some of our favorite songs at the start of dancing, to get everybody moving. He understood the vibe we were going for and was able to curate that well. Lastly, I was very touched and impressed when Erick offered to attend our planning meeting with Log Haven, to make sure we felt comfortable and to further understand what we were looking for. -

We love Erick!!
Erick is absolutely amazing!! The music at our wedding was better than we could have imagined!! We got married on 5/31/25 at the Red Earth Venue in Moab, UT. Erick made the event so special and took the time to really get to know our taste in music! It was so important to us to have the dance floor packed the entire night! Our friends and family danced on the patio all night! They even started chanting for an encore after Erick played the last song! If you are looking for someone to keep your dance floor packed all night look no further than Erick! So many of our guests have said that he played the best wedding music they had ever heard and they loved his mixes! We danced the night away and could not recommend Erick more! He even added a photo of us to his DJ booth, which was an extra special touch! In addition to an amazing night of music, Erick is so willing to help throughout the entire planning process! -

Erick was AMAZING throughout the entire process! He listened to what we wanted and remembered everything from our first conversation! He worked with our venue to make the whole night go smoothly and was on top of everything. Erick was the highlight of our wedding and we keep hearing from guests about how wonderful and talented he is. He helped us throw the best celebration and we can't help but feel an immense amount of gratitude for having had the opportunity to work with him. He went above and beyond to make us feel special and offered really unique and thoughtful services that we'll remember forever. Erick was recommended to us by our wedding planner, who vouched that Erick was so great that she uses him for her personal events. As soon as I talked with Erick I knew he would be who we would trust with our entertainment for our wedding. He was so personable, and I knew I wouldn't need to worry about the awkwardness that can sometimes happen with wedding MCing. His good nature shined through and that was the case on the day of our wedding! He asked questions (and had an excellent app) that helped me to illustrate how I envisioned the day--this was super helpful as I had no idea what I was doing or what went into the entertainment behind the scenes. I also am not super traditional and wanted to know about alternatives for the father-daughter dances that felt more organic. Erick went above and beyond to come up with multiple options and even sought out other vendors to brainstorm ideas with. Lastly, I was in graduate school and working full-time while planning my wedding, so I was admittedly overwhelmed with decisions...Erick was flexible and gracious with us, to the point where we said, "We like Biggie, Mo-town, and Carly Simon" and he made a cohesive and personalized playlist that felt like us, our guests loved, and was a perfect sound for our ceremony and reception. I HIGHLY recommend Erick! -

Our reception was a dream. The music created the perfect atmosphere for all ages. Erick was the best MC and DJ. He listened to our requests and made our wedding even better than we imagined. People lingered and didn’t want to leave because of the inviting atmosphere. -
