When we were stuck without a DJ two months before our wedding, we were in a panic! Mike Bills absolutely saved us by agreeing to be our DJ and making room for us in his schedule! We didn't have a wedding coordinator, and Mike was fabulous in making sure we had everything planned out beforehand and kept us on track at the reception, which went very smoothly thanks to him! Mike took the time to meet with us a few different times and discuss what type of music we wanted and what sort of atmosphere we wanted for our reception as well as our ceremony. Even though our music was probably a bit out of the ordinary, Mike was a great sport and helped us choose some amazing bands to help fit what we wanted. Our wedding was amazing, and a huge part of that is all because of Mike! We would have been absolutely lost without him! He really and truly was an amazing DJ and we could not have been luckier to have been able to work with him! He was extremely professional and friendly and made sure we heard all of our favorite songs while making sure our guests were happy, too! I would highly, highly recommend Mike Bills to anyone planning a wedding. You will not be disappointed!!

Mike was our DJ for our wedding on October 8, 2017 at the Rice Mill in Charleston. Not only is he very reasonably priced for the value you get, but what an awesome person to work with. Once you start working w/ Mike, you get a custom logon where you can work on your music for your pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception music. We were able to go through lists of songs and add them to "must play," "maybe play," and my favorite "do not play" lists. This was extremely helpful so that Mike was able to understand our style and what kind of reception we envisioned having.

We were out of state and Mike met with us one on one when we got in town a few days before the wedding. Then, since I was concerned about how our reception entrance was going to go, he offered to come to our rehearsal and we were able to practice the entrance. He really went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him to any bride looking for a reliable, fun, and trustworthy person to work with. Everyone complimented the music at our wedding and had a great time! Thanks again Mike!

I am a wedding planner who worked with Mike in October. From the beginning he was very responsive and detailed. The weekend of the wedding there were a few logistical problems that were not Mike's fault at all, yet he still acted like a true professional in working with me to find solutions. I think I can speak for all planners when I say nothing is better than having vendors that are team players like Mike. Ceremony and cocktail hour were executed perfectly, and during the reception the dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT LONG. I would highly recommend this DJ for any wedding or special event!
