I worked with Monica for my Indian-American fusion wedding, and she is a rockstar. Over the course of two days, Monica did three different hairstyles and three makeup looks for me (we had two religious ceremonies and two major receptions). I’m pretty low-key with my hair and makeup in the day-to-day, and Monica hit just the right note in staying true to my preference for natural looks, while encouraging me to amp it up a bit for my big day. Every time she gently pushed me (e.g., to use a little more color in my eye makeup for our sangeet), she was totally right and I still felt 100% myself.

Monica also brought a great team who worked so well with my bridesmaids and got everyone’s hair and makeup just right. I wish I could hire her to prep me for every day – if I did, I could take on the world!

I was from Orlando getting married in Miami and knew no one, so I had to rely on online research to find someone to do hair and makeup for myself, 4 bridesmaids, and my mom. I found Miami Bridal Beauty and sent some questions, and received an immediate response with information and pricing. After deciding to go with them, I was not disappointed. I drove down for a hair and makeup trial, which Monica worked around my work schedule (which was top notch service in my opinion). Monica and her assistant truly went above and beyond for me and my bridal party. They came to the venue with all their equipment. They even did a hair and makeup trial at our apartment. They listened to everyone’s unique requests yet made sure that everything was still true to the original idea and design. I'm not sure how I can repay her for being a part of my special day. I had originally hired another makeup artist for my wedding but she had to cancel a couple days before the wedding so she asked Monica to fill in and said she was the only one she would trust. Monica was nice enough to do the favor for her and to keep the price originally quoted to me, even though it was less than her usual asking price. She was worth it. Without ever having seen me or doing a trial, she did a perfect job on my hair and makeup. My hair is not easy to work with and she did a beautiful job in a short amount of time. My makeup stayed well until after the wedding was over and looked very natural, while enhancing my features. I would definitely recommend Monica.
