The made sure my groomsmen suits fit and did exchanges if something was too small

They didn't quite have the color of the vests I wanted for the groom. I wanted the groom to be a little different than the groomsmen. I was able to go with a different option and he looked just as handsome. Returning the tux was super easy.

They seemed busy the first few times we stopped by. Finally found a really nice lady who assisted us in selecting the prefect outfit tuxedos for our groomsmen. They arrived earlier then planned which allowed us to pick them up as there was some small issues but the nice lady came through and fix all the tuxedos that were ordered incorrectly.

My family has always used men’s wearhouse for weddings and they never fail to provide excellent service and exactly what is wanted.

Thanks to them my husband was more handsome than ever!

With so many things to take care of for a wedding it was nice that this was easy! All the groomsmen live in different states and everyone was able to get sorted at their local men’s wearhouse. Such a relief!

This review is specific for The Men's Wearhouse in Orlando, FL at the Shoppes at Millenia.
The manager Andrew at this location is extremely professional and is skilled at providing accurate measurements. The service he provided was outstanding and without reproach. Unfortunately not all of his staff deliver the same quality of service. One of the ladies refused to order a different sized tuxedo jacket when the original one that was delivered was clearly too big. Fortunately Andrew was there to re-measure and order the correct sized jacket for overnight delivery as he had originally promised to do should any size discrepancies occur at pick-up.
We chose the Men's Wearhouse because it is a national chain and bridal party members can find one easily and be measured. But, one should be cautious because not all measurements are accurate. In any case, the manager Andrew at this particular location is excellent and we would certainly recommend working with him.

We used the Men's Wearhouse in waterford Lakes Town center for our June wedding. For the most part we had a good experience with them. We had ended ordering 8 tuxes from them. My only complaint would be that I specifically asked how much my ring bearer's tux would be (his mom was trying to stay on a budget) and was quoted a price range about $50 less than the groomsmen. When his mom went to pay, they charged her the full price and would not honor the price I was quoted. Also his vest did not fit and they ended up having to over night express a new vest.
