Trenton and his team were wonderful to work with! He is very dedicated to his craft and works hard to make sure his clients are happy with the final product. He is very easy going, professional and I look forward to working with him on future events!

Very professional crew - outstanding service

In the beginning, everything was great. Trenton was very open and willing to work with us and our budget not yo mention communication was good. During our wedding he was professional and on time. Unfortunately, our fire started afterwards! Trenton again did work with us but upon his final payment he became hard to get in touch with. Long story short, we have never gotten our photos, he didnt take the pictures requested and he deleted/ lost our wedding video and is not returning any of our calls.
His work is good but he has a love for cinematography and we had to pay for more shots due to the lack of but his work ethic is horrible.

I wouldn't recommend the headache

Terrible customer service! Poor follow-through and very unprofessional! My husband and I hired this company for our wedding weekend and fully regret our decision. We hired two photographers for our Traditional Ceremony and only one showed up. We hired two videographers to film before and during our wedding ceremony and only one was present. And to this day (over 6 months after our wedding), he never edited all of the pictures we requested to be edited.

What made things worse is that our wedding video is garbage! The photo album intro he advertised is not present, there is no background music despite me sending him the songs I wanted (which was advertised to be part of the video) and HALF OF THE SCENES ARE OUT OF FOCUS! To top it off, when I requested for a full refund for our wedding albums that we pre-paid for, that we no longer wanted him to create, his words were: you bought a package, there are no refunds.

Never would I have thought I would experience such unprofessionalism, terrible customer service and poor quality work from a company. Save your time and money. I agree with the other brides, there are many other photographers and videographers in Houston who are professional, talented and have many more years of experience. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone else. My husband and I wish we had. We will never do business with this company again

Terrible customer service! Unprofessional! Poorly taken photos and many of them were underexposed! And this was for one of the most important days of our lives! Don't waste your time or your money. There are too many other photographers in Texas with many more years of experience. My husband and I wished we hired another company for our photography and videography. It's been nothing but frustration working with this company. We will NEVER hire him again!

Horrible services ! Over priced and not worth using them for any special event. The pictures were not taken as instructed, most of them have the feet cut and follow-ups to get the final products from them after they were paid sucked. Will NEVER use them again. Be aware before you book an event with them, do your research first before you regret it.
